I've had these in ear headphones in this color and in the black colors for years but they only work in one ear when I have my music playing. When I have one earplug in with the music going it works but when I have both of them in with the music playing only one earplugs works. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! THIS PRODUCT IS VERY DEFECTIVE AND DOESN'T EVEN WORK IN BOTH EARS LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO!! Sony has the absolute worst in ear headphones products!! Never buying a crappy Sony product ever again!! Sony's in ear headphones absolutely suck so Sony you are the worst electronic company out there!! I'm telling everyone I know and even strangers for that matter to never ever buy any of your crappy defective products because your in ear headphones suck and that is why I am writing this 1 star review!! SONY'S PRODUCTS ARE TOTAL GARBAGE!! Their horrible defective products just make me want to throw up!!

the sound on these is good - the useability isn't great. They are hard to turn on and off and to jump ahead or back in a song or book.

Great headphones, I got azur color. Sound is very clear and mic is great too. I use them everyday. It's my second choice, firs was very expensive Sennheiser.

I had been in the market for ear buds that sound great that were durable and easy to use and store. Sound is what i expected from sony very good clean and crisp. I would recommend these to others looking for a good set with an even better price.

I use them for years. Overall excellent headphones. Strong deep bass, but muddy and not clear enough highs. And not loud enough. For 16 ohm headphones this are pretty quiet headphones. But the noice canceling is pretty good. They fit nice in the ear canal and dump the outer noice quite well.

Bought these as a double pack, two complete pairs of earbuds, at BJ's Wholesale Club. The price was great and I am able to keep a set in my car and one for around the house. Bass response not that great, but phone conversations and overall sound quality is good for yard work.

I would give this zero stars if possible. I bought this on 5 March 2019 and it seemed fine. However after just 4 weeks, one ear stopped working and then the second ear stopped working a week later. Very dissapotinting.

Purchased back in November, first pair broke after 5 days, exchange was seamless at PC world as was still within the warranty period, however after a good few months with want seemed like an excellent replacement, the speakers seem to have blown? I mailed Sony as per the manufacturer guarantee a number of weeks ago and I've had zero response. Verdict dissapointed.

I bought this a few days ago. The connection to my i-phone is so bad it's unusable. I've only used it 3 times. Even just sitting and using it to talk on the phone doesn't work there is so much crackling. Disappointing product from Sony

Well, I got two pairs of headphones for Christmas. By March, they're both broken. Can't hear out of the left earbud. Lucky for me, my mom bought the warrenty. Would not recommend, unless you plan on using them once a month. What's the point in headphones that only last a month-and-a-half?

I bought it in November, 2016 and it stopped working in the right ear after 3 months. Interestingly the product has a 90 day warranty so you can guess.

It was a gift for me and i liked it. But the reason i gave 4 stars is that after i was listening music and it was raining, the level of loudness was decreasing by itself. And there was a noise while calls.

Easy to conceal within clothing. Trusted company with a good 12 months warranty. It would have been nice to have a volume rocker button to control the volume level. Except that it's great! I would say medium bass but sound reproduction, audio clarity and fidelity on the microphone is also good.

Bought these last week one side stopped working today. Sad part they worked fine in the morning had died by 6pm. Worst ever! I've had 7 dollar headphones last longer. There is no visible damage. Awful terrible horrible product.

I have small ears, so it is difficult to find earbuds that fit comfortably. I like that Sony provides 3 different earbud size options. I tried a pair of Skull Candy earbuds and they were not comfortable and the sound quality was not as good. Good buy and worth the extra money!
