I've owned many Sony headphones over the years and have always trusted the brand, but I didn't realize how important low latency and bandwidth were for gaming-especially with features like 3D audio. That's why I picked up the INZONE H7 to use with both my PS4 Pro and PS5 Pro, and I'm not disappointed at all. The wireless connection is fast and stable, the sound is rich and detailed, and it handles spatial audio really well on the PS5. It's also super comfortable for long sessions, and the battery life is excellent. For a gaming headset, it still feels very much like a Sony product-in a good way.

Wish I'd payed the extra and bought the Sony pulse headset these are ok my only problem is the max volume on this set is to low so if you've only got £55 to spend then these work ok but if you've only can double the spend definitely get the pulse set

I use it for PC gaming and it does what it's supposed to. Sound quality is above average, and the boom mic quality in particular is very good. I also really like being able to stop the mic by mechanical motion: very intuitive and natural. Inzone Hub is easy to use software, uncomplicated, and I don't feel like I ever need to attend to it. You can't really do without it, as the sound levels seem almost compromised without it. On the flipside, Inzone Hub is also is how these are recognized in Windows as a 7.1 surround set, and getting 360 sound using the shape of my ears is impressive tech, which actually works. Game awareness is very good, though I'm not 100% sure that I can hear things "behind" me. A few things could be improved, like comfort. The pads don't breathe well enough for longer gaming sessions, and they should probably be replaceable. I've also seen better build quality at the higher end. But for entry level, this headset does the job well, in fact it focuses on the right things. I'd recommend it.

Well, so far I can't get it working with its own software. I have a great new PC with excellent specs, I know what I'm doing (decades in IT and I know my way around audio settings) and I've followed all the instructions carefully several times, both product info and online help. I even went to Sony's "community help" and created an account, but that system is broken too, so keeps booting me out. I bought these headphones because they're supposed to be good, but I've spent many hours just trying to get sound out of them, and this has been my most painful Sony experience ever. They DO work on their own -- without the Inzone Hub software, plugged into the audio jack -- but what's the point? All the promising surround and gaming features are in the software. Shaking my head. I'll update this review if I get them working.

Thsi headset sounds great, feels great, and works great with the PS5VR2 or using it to chat with friends on discord. Be weary though because my microphone stopped working. It's like the electrical connections keeps flicking and I have to adjust it for like 5 minutes to finally get it in a spot that it works. This happened about 3 months into having the headset. I'm lazy but not that it's been almost a year, I'm attempting to contact support to get it fixed. Highly recommend a protection plan if you buy this headset.

the product keep disconnected from the PC time to time and i need to take the USB out then in to make it work again, also while the headset is "noise cancellation" the handles keep making plastic crackling sound when i move my head or talk and its so annoying

read reviews, tried on direct stores - and immediately intrigued RIGHT there and then, but at the time was already with the PULSE (non ELITE) PS5 headset and thought that wouldn't need extra for the sake of new drop then time went on, and the PULSE headset hinge loosen and broke and wasn't even 3.5 years in decided to LOOK for in-zone series and H7 / H9 is within wallet capability, but decided with H7 as it superbly similar just wished they're FRIENDLIER for users wallets otherwise, superb product - would own more than 1 E Z

I bought this in November as a present and from December 25th to March 3rd my left headphone has stopped working. Trying to find out how to send this to sony or speak to a person or even a chat is impossible! Wont ever be buying a "Sony" product again as its impossible to work their site.

This product is amazing after a couple days of use to break them in they are really comfortable and durable, I can highly recommended them. The only minor detail that keeps them from being 5 star is a lack of features in the software

Absolutely blown away with the sound quality and comfort? especially the comfort, which I normally have issues with. The hub equaliser is excellent for fine tuning, upping the sound quality even more. Had the Sony 3D headset for over a year and immediately these were in a different league. ??????????+??

I really like the build quality, it feels light but not cheap, the materials are pretty good especially for a 1st gen product of a new brand under Sony. The wireless connection is not perfect, even when i am close the connection can sometimes have issues. The microphone is also not the best, especially for the retail price i feel that in 2022 better microphones quality should be standard. Other than those couple gripes i really like the comfort and the sound. Also the ability to connect to Bluetooth while connected to a PC or a PS5 is pretty awesome and probably the main reason i bought this headset. Overall i recommend the headset but i think that hopefully next version they make it even better.

I have owned a bunch of headphones but I really love this one. It's very light and comfortable, I could play for hours. The clamping force is not painful even after hours of playing. Sound quality is not the best I've heard but still excellent. The downside I can think of is the mic quality is not that great. Overall,I'm really satisfied with this purchase.

Needed a good headset for my new PS5 and did alot of looking/reviewing on the various headsets available for the PS5 decided to get these the H7. They are just what I was after. OK abit expensive compared to the H3 but they are just what I was after. They fit well and easy to install. Highly recommended.

Bought this primarily for gaming so I could filter out my talkative friends during cutscenes. Simultaneous Bluetooth is great for listening to my own music while farming/grinding and to not miss calls messages. Bluetooth connection is appalling when connected to Samsung TV but fine connected to a Google Chromecast with GTV which makes it unsuitable for TV - it has a setting for quality Vs connection preference - neither helped. Volume control and game/voice balance are backwards for my instinct - minor irritation. Sound is good Mic is good with latest firmware Slightly loose fitting and can't adjust but doesn't fall off...
