I bought this HP after reading a lot of positive reviews on Head-fi. I was looking for a HP for watching movies since I just bought a projector. I have Samson SR850, although it sounds good, it is not really comfortable after awhile. I decided to get MA900 because it is supposed to be lightweight and open back. When I received the HP, I can't believe how light it is and the sound is amazing. The clarity, layering of sound, crispness, positioning/imaging are simply astonishing. I listened to an orchestra and I can tell where the sound coming from. I highly recommended this headphone.

I use this headphones with my computer and they're amazing!!! If you like powerful bass this headphones are not for you because of the open design, but if you are looking for the lightest and most comfortable headphones these are what you're looking for. I wear them for hours and they don't fatigue me, the sound is soft and smooth, it's very relaxing and easy to listen to for hours.

Revel in high-quality audio with the Sony MDR-MA900 stereo headphones. Equipped with 70mm driver units, this lightweight headphones supply high-resolution sound with a wide, dynamic range. An acoustic bass lens helps deliver rich bass while high-power neodymium magnets provide clear mid-range response. An open air design creates a natural sound field that mimics listening to music without headphones.
