I received these headphones a few years ago (I can’t remember how many) and I still use them. I only have a couple complaints. I have noticed they aren’t as loud as they use to be. This is nothing major but still an annoyance. Also the microphone isn’t great so when I use Siri or voice to text I have some problems. Another minor annoyance is the lack of features. There wireless and they have a microphone but that’s kind of standard now. That being said I do like these headphones and I will probably be buying new headphones from Sony again.

I received these as a Christmas gift in 2017and loved them... until today. After 2 years of great service, the left ear piece snapped off at the hinge when I went to put them on prior to boarding a flight. Perfect timing. I’ve babied these things since day one, including keeping them in a protective case when not in use, so this was surprisingly disappointing to say the least. I would have recommended them highly all the up until yesterday. But not any more. Look for something a little more solidly built.

They sound great for Bluetooth headphones. They work great with my sony bluray player (6700). They held up to a lot of daily use at a desk ( i rarely traveled with them) . The earcup rotation pivots got stiff quickly and did not adjust to my head without manual adjustment. The left one just failed outright a few days ago. (earcup is only hanging by the internal data/audio wire bundle.) The ear pads had started to degrade but that is to be expected given the amount of use. Replacement parts, other than ear pads, do not seem to be available even though the headphones are not that old. Overall the headphones were a good value and reasonably durable.

I bought this a week ago and i am pretty happy that i did, it is the best value for the price, the battery is awesome, the sound quality is pretty good, it is easy to use, simple and lightweight, great product overall

I have had these headphones for about 3-4 years now. I was given a pair of Bose Sound Link II ($249) as a gift, and I promptly returned them, because these Sony's I already had are so much better. I work from home and also have small kids at home, so I listen to them every single day, all through the work day. They're comfortable enough to wear all day without any pain points, and they sound great. Nice bass response, clear mid & highs without discernable noise or fatigue. I am always impressed with the battery life too. They can go several days without a charge. I use them for music and conference calling, and I never have any issues with connecting or people hearing me on the other end. I can't say enough great things about these headphones. Can't be beat for the price, and probably better than many others that cost more.

I have been using these headphones for a while, and first of all they have no noise cancelling at all. I am very impressed with battery life though, also the connection is quite good, it has some decent range. But here's where the main problem comes in, these headphones promise powerful drivers but there's no bass. I listen to bass-boosted EDM and there still barely anything, these have about the same bass as a way cheaper pair of headphones I have. So my final verdict is: Good features and connection, little bass, and no noise cancelling.

Mine sounded great, but quit pairing. Only used while camping (rarely) and always kept dry and charged. NOT a happy camper.

I am completely disappointed with the product. It does not show battery percentage when connected to iOS or Android. Sound quality is terrible. You have to turn up the volume, all way up to listen to the music with decent quality and this product has zero noise cancellation. My colleagues and friends sitting next to me can hear my music. I felt bad when I found out this.

I bought the headphones around a year and a half ago, and I really enjoy them all the time. The long-life battery and their comfortability makes them a real good purchase. I would really recommend this headphones if you want a pair to use every day, they are really comfort and with a great autonomy.

I have used these a couple hours everyday for over a year until this morning when I accidentally stepped on them. Bummer. I'm buying a new pair right now. Anyhow, I have put these things to the durability test. Use them in the hot tub, rain, dust and snow. Battery life is still great after many cycles of improper charging. I only wish that they folded better and had a 3.5mm audio jack for a completely dead battery.

I am very pleased with this headset (MDR-ZX770BT). After quite a bit of research, I chose this headset because (1) I've enjoyed Sony products in the past, (2) It received good reviews, both from customers as well as audio experts and critics, (3) long battery life between charges, and (4) supports multiple audio codecs (SBC, AAC, and aptX). The sound quality is excellent and I'm currently using the SBC codec. I haven't yet tried the AAC or aptX codecs that claim to provide higher sound quality than SBC. My only complaint is with the documentation (warning: diatribe ahead). The Quick Start Guide and Reference Guide are fine, but the Help Guide is not. First, it's buried on the Web in a location that can only be determined from a reference tucked into a corner of the Quick Start Guide. Second, it's not available as a PDF file so that one can easily read it from cover to cover and have it handy when an Internet connection is not available. The Help Guide contains important information, much of which is not found in the other two Guides. I have no objection to providing documentation as a set of web pages, but make it available as a PDF as well.
