I purchased the Walkman around 3 weeks ago and enjoying using it. Perfect for my needs and fits in my pocket for discreet listening. The hold button is also very useful as prevents the Walkman accidentally turning on when in my pocket. Able to hold a good amount of tracks. Excellent product and great value for money.

This is the 5th one of these players that I have purchased for my wife who uses it to counteract the effects of Tinnitus. It is a great basic player without functions that She doesn't require. They are great value for money and not One of the players has failed to date. Battery life is also quite good.

If you want a small mp3 player, this is a good choice. Compact, easy to use, good sound and battery life. Only complaint I have is the storage is small for the price payed. The obvious pro is your listening offline, so no distractions.

Product was bought to replace my Sony MP3 player that I had had for about 15 years. Somehow the old one is built better, has a better quality screen, audio is better, half of the uploaded songs don't appear when trying to play them. Only good thing about the new purchase is the battery life. Would of returned the product or I were able to

I bought this walkman back in 2015 to have with me when I go on walks to help me with my diet. Well, the diet was a bust, and I threw the walkman in a drawer and just kinda forgot about it. I was going through my drawer, and I came across the walkman and decided to charge is up again. It still had my music on it some music that I didn't even have on my hard drive. I never uninstalled the software, so I was able to upload music from the device back to my hard drive. The device is working like a charm, and I would recommend it to everybody.

I've had this MP3 Player ever since 1986 and it is still working just as it did when I bought it. Its a real shame Sony stopped making this same model.

I first purchased the NWZ-E384 then I purchased the NWZ-S755 for work. I work in a extremely loud environment & the E384 by far out performs the S755 which I am NOT happy with at all. I'm searching for a way to increase the sound limit on the S755 with NO success! The E384 is the better of the two units! I gave the E384 3 stars because the sound could also be increased on it as well. I don't use ear buds I use a AUQAOHONICS AQ11 speaker which is the BEST!!!!

I bought my walkman in 2015 charged it, loaded a number of tracks, played it for a short time then unfortunatly misplaced it for over a year, finally recovered it, recharged it, no problem, been using it periodically ever since. Most impressed with performance of the battery after such abuse, sounds great, but the supplied ear buds do not suite my ears have to use phones with over ear hooks.

As a member of a number of choirs I use it regularly on walks while listening to my learning recordings. I also love the radio which is soooooo easy to re-tune when travelling at home or abroad.

I got this product as a birthday present to replace my old Sony player 4 years old , which was a great product. Firstly, the earphones are of a very poor quality, they resemble the cheap,ones you get on airplanes.The on/off control is very difficult to work,really! The player itself is very light and plastic in appearance. Sound is ok but not what I would have expected.

I bought this as a gift to replace a previous model that had superb sound but sadly the battery eventually died. Very similar but feels a bit lighter and earplugs not as good so we are using the original ones. Otherwise very happy with quality of Sony products and the sound

Have had this for a couple of weeks now and overall it has been reliable and easy to use .The hold power button is confusing as you have to pause a song in order to switch the player off if not it goes to hold very confusing other than this it is easy to use the software for transfer does not work on windows 10 but windows player transfers the music no problem

the lcd screen brightness decreases by itself gradually. even the brightness in the setting does not increase the brightness. i bought two of it and they both have the same problem

I had a Walkman for 3 straight years dropping it, making it in the washing machine, and still going strong before I accidentally destroyed it. I was amazed be the equalizer, sound quality, ease of use, and storage. I love this device and will buy another to replace the broken one.

Have used it for several months now and I have to say that Sony makes the best MP3, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of an Ipod but then all I want it for is reliability and to play music. I put the music on then stuff it in my pocket, it does the job very well. I find the interface to be well laid out, the brightness settings work great for a sunny day, and being able to have FM radio is just a bonus. I have paired it with the Sony Earbuds Extra Bass and it thumps awesome, it allows me to adjust it to just the right amount without causing me to have hearing loss in my old age. I listen to a lot of different genres and I find they all sound fantastic. There is an equalizer with different settings so you can fine tune the music to your taste. The screen really isn't big enough to watch a movie on it but then that is not what I bought this for, I bought it for music and eBooks and it does the job perfectly. The battery capacity is outstanding, I have never run it down in one full day. Well done Sony, its great to see the Walkman tradition is still alive and well!

The reason I bought this was to replace my previous Sony Walkman as I borrow audio books from the library and download them onto my computer and then transferred them onto the Walkman. With the new Walkman when the books are downloaded they are not in chapter order which is useless. I'm sure it's fine for music but I have an iPod for that. My review rating for this product is based solely on trying to download audio books.

I wish I would have read these comments before I bought my new Walkman. I am very very very disappointed with this product. I happen to like my volume at a reasonable level and I know how to adjust it to my liking. This new Walkman does not allow me to do that and I am not liking it. I would not recommend this product to a friend. I am now wondering if I can get me old Walkman repaired. It got wet. Does anyone know how I can get my old Walkman repaired. I don't usually review a product on line, but this is the worst Sony product I have ever had. SMH.
