Amazing headphones

These headphones are so great - I just got my set today and I have to leave a review right away. I've been struggling with a pair of expensive [famous brand] wireless headphones for months that would randomly shut down multiple times a fay and it was a struggle to get them to restart. They also had to be recharged every day. They weren't worth the money considering the trouble and irritation using them entailed. I started looking for simpler more reliable wired alternatives and luckily I stumbled across these Sony MDR-M1 headphones and looked around at reviews and took a chance, and boy am I ever glad I did. I'm a casual user - old and retired and I like to listen to music and watch entertainment - and although these headphones are really meant for professionals, they really are a treat. They sound amazing, they are incredibly light and comfortable, and I'd like to thank Sony for producing such a great product.

Love the bass

These don't disappoint in low frequency range (they knock!). They will be great for my music production, recording, and mixing workhorse headphones.

Excellent studio quality sound

I pre-ordered the Sony MDR-M1, and when it arrived last week I have not been able to take them off when listening to music or video editing as they are so compfortable to use, and sound quality excellent.

Can't register the product I purchased

I bought these headphones at the Sony store with the promise that they can be used for the virtual mixing environment. I did this at Sony studios. I participated in the setup and asked about the software to activate it and I can't get any help. Trying to register them they don't have the model listed that I purchased MDR-MV1
