This extended warranty also includes access to Sony's SupportNET programs, the premier support agreements from Sony Professional Services. These programs offer comprehensive and worry-free service for your Sony professional equipment, ensuring priority turn-around and response time, preventive maintenance, predictable maintenance costs, increased uptime, convenience, and enhanced efficiency and productivity. Sony's range of programs, including DepotPLUS, OnsitePLUS, Onsite24, Advance Exchange, and customized solutions, cater to all your service and support needs.

Furthermore, the warranty includes Sony's On-Time Support Advanced Loaner Program (OTS), which entitles customers to the use of a loaner unit of similar function while their equipment is being repaired by Sony. All shipping costs for the covered product and loaner unit are included in the warranty. OTS coverage also includes toll-free phone support and technical assistance from the date of purchase throughout the OTS term.
