Great sound
Bought earlier but seems to be faulty. Sent for repair but they said can't. So replaced with with a new one. Great as always

Sounds great. Lousy user's manual
Plays beautifully. User's manual is a pictorgram. Harder to decipher than one of those asian manuals with butchered English. Would prefer asian manual with butchered English. No online user's manual that is written rather than pictogram.

Small smart and sound good
Product Design is so cool, XB13 is small and light weight, Easy to carry to anywhere.

Great overall product

Satisfying purchase.
I bought the speaker and has been using it for some time, noted the sound and the base quality were decent, long lasting battery life with auto turn off function. I like it.

Great Overall
The sound is clear, overall good. The electric lifespan also quite long. Once charge can use around 1 week. However, when use the built in microphone, the sound quality drops a lot, cannot hear clear

Just bought this month ago. The battery last long enough depend on the usage. Love the bass as I am bass lover. Love the color too cause so aesthetic. Have hook to if you wanna hang it. This is my very first speaker and i love it.

Quality sounds in a small speaker
I bought this about 2 weeks ago. Everything is good so far. Fills a small room with good quality sounds. Haven't tried all the features yet but I think there is no problem on the unit. I chose this speaker because of the bt profiles supported by it and the deep bass.

Awesome sound but manufacturing defect.
I bought two of these because of the stereo pairing. The sound is really really really awesome. Good bass, clear, crisp sound, portable. Stereo pairing means you can play from 2 speakers, located in two parts of the house. The two speakers pair together, then you pair your phone to the main one. The one your phone connects to is the left speaker. When connected, you only need to adjust one speaker. The other one will imitate. Including turning off. The problem is with both units, bought separately from different sellers, I had a problem where after fully charging, the charge/low battery light was still blinking, and the volume couldn't be increased. Bluetooth connection worked and indicated that charge was at 100%. After calling Sony Customer Service, at first they said I should take it to the service centre and they don't do 1 for 1 replacement. But then later a manager informed the support agent that there was a known problem with this product and they will replace it. So far I have had to replace both. Just replace last week. I hope the new ones are from a different batch, without the defect. Apart from that problem, I must say, it's a really good speaker and I love it. But it's a hassle to have it replaced and no way of knowing if the one you buy is defective until you have charged it a few times.

Sound quality
I bought the product 2 weeks ago and I am quite satisfied with the sound quality. The only problem I have is that maybe the volume can be improved on as it sounds soft at times.

Excellent Speaker With Great Portability
I put this speaker in my bag and play my own tracks when I'm in a taxi or after church when I'm fellowshipping with my friends. It can get really loud with no distortion or noise and lasts for hours on a full charge. Love my XB13 to bits!!!

Compact with good quality sound.
It's perfect for me. I just needed a small BT speaker for personal use outdoors and the XB 13 does it well. Note this is not for group parties or anything like that. Its water resistance is also good to have for peace of mind. I would have wanted it to be able to connect through audio jack/type-C but can't really complain.
