A few weeks in house and I don't know what to think. It's been working very good with musicstreams. But the sound of the TV channels is terrible. Is it the compression? Sometimes the voice-over has to much low. The same problem by interviews. Films are mostly good. I'll changed the settings of the TV, also with de cable receiver. It's not good. It's a many.

I am an avid Sony fan, have been for many years and tbh these speakers donot disappoint, i am using 2 as a wireless stereo pair. Had them a few months now and am very happy with them. The provide quality room filling sound from such small speakers, bass is good, mid tones and treble comes through very well. Variety of wireless connections, also aux and hdmi inputs. So far I cannot find a reason to fault them, highly recommended.

I brought this speaker about a mouth ago. Happy so far sounds great. Song pal has been replaced with music center. onboard USB port only available via the music center app, ie you can select tracks via the device itself. Not used the HDMI port yet.

I bought these speakers because I wanted to make the soundbar into surround sound. They work very well, have improved the sound experience and are easy to set up.

Owned this for 2 years now. Sound quality is very good across the full range of frequencies. Initial setup was very easy and initially created a home speaker network with our head unit (STRDN1080). We also bought this to be able to splay our music libraries from our computers onto the speaker network, but struggle to cast to more than one device from our computer. We can only play to the network via the cell phone app. The good news ends after initial setup however. The setup frequently needs to be re-done as the speakers stop working. We've even had to go so far as to do a full reset on the speaker at time to get it to work. Nothing worse than having guests over and having to trouble shoot your music system because it absolutely refuses to play anything. The speaker will also become disconnected from the phone controlling it at times. Sony really needs to invest more in their software and network support if they want this to be a viable product.

I bought two of these to connect to my MT-500 soundbar. After setting up i found them to be far too quiet. After fiddling around a bit with the on screen menu i found a way to turn up the volume on the paired system. Since then fantastic immersive surround sound. I am very pleased with the purchase. Stylish, great quality and fantastic sound.

Not easy to set up/understand instructions defiantly not plug and play but once set up really good addition to the sound bar.

Good speaker, plenty of connecting option, will give 5 stars is it can support airplay. The bottom of the speaker getting abit warm even in standby mode, hope this is okay.

Bought two of these with a htxt2 soundstage for 5.1 surround. Difficult to connect together and link drops out regularly. Soundstage has now broken so needs repair on warranty after failing 7 months in. Without soundstage these speakers are useless to me. Very poor product range.

I bought two of these to use as rear surround sound speakers for my Sony HTNT5 soundbar. They work great and it is easy to configure them and update their firmware, by downloading and using Sony's SongPal app on your cell phone. Retail price is a little steep, but you can often catch them on sale.

Very good to listen to music while on holiday. (I like to listen to different kinds of music Pop/Jazz/Worldmusic/Greek/Classical....) Surprised by the sound, I tried out something different. (Mischa Maisky plays Back Cello Suite No. 1 in G ) Although I have to confess this tiny speaker plays in a different league than my audio home system, the sound is quite acceptable somewhat less airy than the big brothers (Kenwood LS 990)

I bought the speakers to complete a surround sound system. It works, but teh instructions for the speakers/soundbar/TV are very confusing and contradictory at times. Also when turning the TV on with the soundbar it takes about 38 seconds for the sound to arrive at the speakers - when in wireless mode.

Got this as a Christmas present, and I already own a Sony TV soundbase. The two work really well together, I absolutely love the flexibility they offer with such a wide range of inputs. I can group both speakers as Chromecast devices or by using the Sony app, to play music or radio. This has so far been very convenient and reliable (the only times I've had problems is when my wifi signal has been weak). It's very convenient to also be able to connect to network sources, via bluetooth or a wire for certain devices as well. Sound quality is great for the speaker size, I've been really impressed with the volume it can put out, although to my untrained ear the trebles aren't always brilliant. I hope Sony continue to develop the music centre app, as although it has some good features it could be quicker and more convenient to use. I would highly recommend this speaker and am currently looking for a second, either for another room or to pair for stereo

Bought for awkwardly shaped room, with hardwood floors, so visible wires, weren't an option. Connected to Sony Sound Bar HT-CT800 effortlessly, using Sound Bar on screen set-up guide. Took maybe 3 minutes, and Left/Right rear channels were working immediately. Too early to gauge long term performance, but early experience, has been positive, and added an ambiance to the room that had been sorely lacking, for a long time! Speakers, though small are solidly built, and produce clear and powerful sound.

Good sound. I also have a pair of sonos ones that I can compare them against. Only thing letting them down is the group / ungroup function. Not as user friendly as the sonos.

The speakers are fine. The multi room option is difficult to set up and use so I've given up. If you use them as rear surround sound rear speakers and then want to use the for multiroom it takes far to long to set up. Why can you only set up multiroom using the Music Centre App.

After hours of burning in, the bass got tighter and treble gets crisp. Hooked it up with Google Home Mini and everything was great, able to control my Spotify playlist with it.

Beware!!. Bought a pair to get full wireless surround sound with my compatible sony tv and soundbar. very easy to set up wireless connection and sounds great but what i did'nt realise is that there is a fraction of a second delay in the audio from the picture. absolutely infuriating and spoils everything. Looked into it spoken to sony etc, no cure, can't even hard wire them and get surround sound. still deciding what to do. Any solutions (including you sony!) please let me know.

Very hard to find screws that fit this speaker for wall mounting. Have bought several different screws but nothing fits !!! In Sweden it is very difficult to find just the screws that fit. Otherwise OK speakers.
