Bought as a replacement for my lost Twitch XL. Much prefer the XL. Regardless I would not have bought a replacement if I did not like the knife.

I've had mine for years. Recently the two screws on the back came out so I bought another one, but then discovered I could get this fixed. Best EDC I've ever had!

I bought this knife in 2014 to carry daily and open boxes. I was delivering appliances at the time, so this knife has opened hundreds of big cardboard boxes. 10 years have gone by and this knife is still my daily companion. Great knife at a great price.

I find the Twitch II a great pocket knife. It's not too heavy but is quite sturdy. The knife is quick and easy to open making needed one hand operation a cinch. It comes perfectly sharp. Perfect for daily carry and use.

My dad traded me knives and I got this knife, I would recommend this knife because it is small and opens fast and even though I had lost this knife and yesterday I found it again all it needed was some oil and some water to clean it and it worked like brand new.

Bought this knife about 12 years ago and it's gotten plenty of use. A drop of oil at the pivot a few times a year and that's all the maintenance that it's ever gotten. Maybe some folks have gotten a defective example but mine is as good as they come.

This is my second assist opening knife by SOG that does not open fully. The assisted opening is not smooth and flawless. Mine opens to 90% but never locks. The actually opening motion is not smooth, slight grinding at end of maneuver. Almost like the assist doesn't have enough power

I have owned several of this model. All prior knives were excellent. This one was fair. It took some work to make it operate smoothly and the fit and finish is not as good as prior units. I am epinephrine this one.

Nice knife, a little stiff opening at first but loosened up. The problem it loosened because side screw loosened to the point of falling out.

Got this as a gift and I've LOVED carrying it. The small frame does t occupy much space and it stays sharper than some of my other knives. But I've recently came across an issue, after I may have forgotten to take it out of my pocket before it get sent through the washer, every single bolt has came out! is there a way I can by the screw pack?

Really nice and smooth handle. Love the opening system with lock. Excellent size for EDC. Sharpened this up after buying and now when I show this to people I have to always warn them about the blade - it's really sharp!

I own other models of SOG knives, including the twitch XL and the Fielder for hunting and field use. Through the years, I have carried a variety of good quality knives in familiar brands, but by far the SOG Twitch ll is my all time everyday carry knife. It is light and relatively small, but there is a lot of knife in that little package. It comes razor sharp and functions like a machine! I've used it extensively at the farm and at home around the house, lawn, and shop. I even use it to dress out deer and the occasional hog. It has never failed me. Not once. I actually own 7 of them with my last purchase. Because of their exceptional value, I occasionally gift one to family and friend. Oh, and if you aren't satisfied with your own sharpening skills, SOG will resharpen them for you! Great product! Great service! Very reasonable price for such a high quality knife!

I got this knife 9 years ago, love this knife and I was never a knife guy. It's small discrete and easy to carry and forget you have it. I mean at Xmas you can slip it into your pajamas without even feeling that it is there and be the hero opening gifts all morning. Came extremely sharp. Never fails to open. LOVE THIS KNIFE.

I love the knife, but have a suggestion for SOG. For those of us that do not use or want the pocket clip, include short replacement screws. When I remove the clip, the long screws don't fit well, and the frame suffers for lack of rigidity. I end up cutting the end off the clip, smoothing it, and replacing it with the original screws. This re-stabilizes the frame, but it's a clunky work-around for an otherwise slick design.

I had been looking at the rosewood model for months when I found this version at a gun show for $35 but it's easily worth hundreds. The blade snaps open faster than my switchblades and out of the box the blade was sharp enough to shave with. I carry it almost everyday now and have never regretted buying it.

I have had the Twitch II for years and it's awesome for pocket carry. I have even forgotten that it's there from time to time. The one-handed opening is the feature what keeps it in my pocket. It's just so easy to use. For edge retention, I'll give it a 8/10. I do have knives that hold up better under heavy use, but for what it is, the Twitch II makes the grade and then some.
