Very well built, smooth operations

I do a lot of home movies, picnics, reunions, weddings and I get the stabilization and i am able to access all the functions necessary with ease of operation. Everything is right there at your finger tips. It is well built and easy to set up and operate.

Disappointing

I rated this tripod "disappointing" because I figured if it was a Sony product (purchased online from the SonyStore) that it would perform well with my Sony NEX VG-10 $2k camcorder. My only problem with it is even though it is supposedly an "oil fluid" head the pan feature "chatters" as I am panning. This makes it useless for any kind of action videos, particularly with a telephoto lens.
