CHLOE D : Will the Sony Vegas 12 work with Windows XP?HORACIO C : Vegas 12 only comes in 64 bit mode. Version 11 and prior versions came in 32bit. The best thing to do is to download a full trial version from Sony and install it. If It works, all you need to do is enter your valid serial number once you get it. I think you get a 30 day trial. The slipcase version that shiped free when I bought my Canon XA25 from Adorama, also included Sony DVD Architect 6 and NewBlueFX Pro Titler. Sony's Best Kept Secret

An amazing video editor that is extremely intutive and easy to learn and use. Feature loaded as well as a growing support from 3rd pary plugins. I've tried them all and always keep going back to Vegas.

Nice workflow

Looks like it may replace my use of PowerDirector 11, but the jury is still out. I will have more to say after working up some more events. The transitions and text animation seem more professional than that of PD.
