I bought these 2nd hand as I'm an old age pensioner and couldn't afford a new set. I have 2 sets of Samsung at the moment, Samsung pro buds and Samsung live. I wasn't overly impressed with either, music wise, so started looking for something. I read articles on how good these Sonys are and so I have bought these. Boy, I so glad I did. The sound they make is wonderful. What else can I say. Money well spent. I'm now wondering about the Sony WF-1000XM4. are they better? I'll open dialogue with the wife. Whatever, I will be keeping the WF-1000XM3s no matter what.

I use these mostly when travelling. Some hassles when setting up bluetooth but new app makes things easier. Not big base but can be adjusted and fidelity is great. Case charger is very helpful. Big-ish when compared to other models but fits well in ear

Great product. I've had them for nearly 4 years and I'm super happy. Noise cancelling is exceptional as well as the sound quality. The case is neat and handy when you run out of charge in you earplugs. The only thing annoying is that they sometime get active when in the case. I found on several occasions that my phone was connected to headphones that were in a backpack in a different room when I haven't used them for days. This however doesn't overshadow the quality of this item.

I don't like this item and I like it too! because This product does not stay on the ear and falls down due to the bad design and also being heavy. Also, this product has fine sound quality

I've had these a while now they have great sound and once you know that you need to press both ear buds for 7 seconds to pair to your phone they are easy to use. They are quite big and a bit unstable

Bought these as I love my Sony products.. Best noise cancelling headphones ever.. bass was lovely crisp music quality, also an app to support , I recommend the 'exitced' option.

I bought these WF-1000XM3 a few years ago and have recently succeeded them with the WF-1000XM4. While the XM4 are objectively superior, the XM3 do maintain their good factors. These include: highly effective noise cancellation, comfortable fit with multiple bud options, intuitive touch sensitive controls, super long battery life and a usable app with easy control over the buds' sound and active noice cancellation. Points to consider include: significant cosmetic wear of the charging case lid over time (it scratches easily) and the buds not responding to the app massively quickly. Of course, the XM4s improved upon these with a more compact case and even more significant noise cancellation, but if you wish to spend less then this is absolutely a product to consider.

I bought this a week ago and constantly had problems keeping the earbud in my ear so of course I eventually lost the right ear bud somewhere and can't find it even with tracker

The sound coming from these earpieces is mind blowingly awesome. Especially with the noise cancelling on, you feel so immersed in what you listening too. My only down point would be, that mine seem to not last anymore than an hour b4 needing recharging. Have now tried a reset of earpieces to see if this helps. But does put a downer when your in the gym and runout of juice. Will update if reset works

Had these for a year and a half and can say they're the best quality audio with the best sound cancelling headphones, can completely block out street noise. Only downsides I would say is they are VERY in ear, and can be uncomfortable after wearing for many hours. They also pick up all sound around you when on a phone call, meaning you can't use them much for hands free calls because passing cars or background noise will be too loud for the listener.

I've had my headphones now for about a year and a half and they've been great until recently. The battery life has significantly gone done and I charge them every couple hours or so of use before they die. I wish they lasted a little longer:( Glad I got them on sale. Not worth the full price.

I received these from a friend who was upgrading. They are easy to set up, fit well in my ears and I think the noise cancelling is very good. My previous noise cancelling headphones still had problems if I listened to an audio book on the tube? but these are fine. The Ambient noise control seems to cut the sound between settings automatically and the connectivity can randomly become a little patchy (one ear sometimes cuts out briefly and occasionally it takes a little time for the app to properly connect to the earbuds). But generally I like them and I think they are good value. I'd be interested in upgrading to a newer version at some point in the future.

I bought these a couple of months ago and after I did some manual settings the sound was really good. But the fitting on them is quite bad, I've tried all of the different equipment that follows in the package, and none of them fits good. They keep falling out and don't stay in place. Absolut the battery is really bad, although to be fair I think/hope that my pair has some error. After app 45 minutes they die. For a couple of weeks ago I sent them on repair, still haven't heard anything or got them back, so I can't say if it's gotten better or not.

These were purchased in the fall of 2021 and worked great up until a month ago. Now they randomly cut out while indicating full power. After putting them back in the charging case for a split second they say they are fully powered but cut out after a few minutes.

Great sound and noise cancelling feature but they fall out of my left ear after a short while, let alone if I move, obviously I have a larger left ear canal but it should be covered in the size range of the ear pieces. The extra ear pieces supplied don't help, even tried different sized items from Amazon
