I was gifted these in September 2025. Less than a month later, they fell apart. Sony says this is a hardware issue and not covered by warranty.

I bought this years ago and have tried many other headphones and earbuds since, and nothing has compared to these. The sound quality alone puts it in a category above the rest but the noise cancellation solidifies that it's in a league of its own.

I got the Anker space one pros to save some money initially, but the xm4s have ALWAYS been in my radar. They look clean and i keep hearing how great the are. For reference, Im by NO means an audiophile, the best headphones i've ever had are airpods. I gave in to the hype and almost returned the Space One Pros I previously bought. I was so excited when I got my xm4s, but the first time i tried them on I genuinely thought there had to be something wrong with them. They sound muddy and the background instrumentals punch right through the vocals in a way thats almost hurtful to listen to. I tried every single EQ setting, every quirk, I even RESET THEM cause I thought something had to be wrong, but it turns out this is just the reality of getting these, and I'm so sad about it. I wanted to like them so much. I LOVE how they look, but being outclassed by $150 headphones when you're charging double is laughable. (I got these for blackfriday for $200 usd) In conclusion, they look amazing, great ANC, good fit, beautiful controls, and absolute trash tier sound for the price. Thank me later. (This is the first time I've ever returned headphones)

Wearing the headphones for more than 1-2 hours is uncomfortable for my ears. I can't use them for long periods, possibly because of the leather and the top band, which puts pressure on my head and tends to slide off easily.

I would give a zero if I could. I have not received my parcel and Sony has done nothing about this. They have not raised an investigation and keep asking me to review a product I never got! Absolutely ridiculous. The delivery courier directs me to Sony who have no contact number and terrible customer service

Has excellent noise cancelling and is comfortable and easy to use. It does pick up background noise quite significantly when I am in work calls (for the receiving end of the line). It also sometimes cuts out a bit - I get reports my voice goes quiet.

I love these headphones I've had them for about 8 months and easily my favorite thing I own. I'm always using them in almost any environment and they have great noise cancellation. If your curious about them I promise they work great and have awesome features. I love the bone white color way too it looks great and has a fun pop!

This pair of headphones did all that it was said to do, straight out of the box. Followed instructions and it was easy: even registering online. The carry pouch was impressive as well as the noise-cancelling facility.

Absolutely amazing the sound quality is great and so is the sound cancelling my only complaint would be sometimes the sound cancelling will switch to sound ambient but it really easy to change it back on the app and this has only happened a few times in the time I have had these headphones and if it really annoys you you I'm pretty sure you can change some settings on the app I'm just too lazy to do it

I purchased these headphones after trying my friends while on holiday, they are so good I decided to buy my granddaughter a pair. Last night I connected them to my Sony TV and had an immersive movie experience. The sound quality and various modes are extremely good, making these headphones good value for what I paid.

I don't normally spend a lot on headphones but due to my hearing loss I find it difficult to understand voices but with the help of a Curry's member of staff on trying the headphones I find I can hear speech much easier. I mainly use them for TV So for me they are great
