My main issue with these headphones is the adjustability. I don't have a particularly small head but even at the smallest possible headband size, the ear muffs are slightly too low. The padding at the top is also a little uncomfortable. Maybe these were designed for a man's head (I'm female). Sound quality is great when listening to music. However, whilst the noise cancelling is OK, I found it better with my previous BOSE headphones. Unfortunately due to the store policy I cannot return these for a different model or make so I'm stick with them. The useability of the features is good although a little tricky to work out at the beginning.

I got these headphones for Christmas, and I'm extremely disappointed. The sound quality is good. The Battery life is great. The noise cancelling is superb. However, my biggest gripe is also it's biggest weakness. The touch controls. What the hell is that? My 70 dollar Raycons which I bought 3 years ago, have dedicated buttons for volume control and song skipping. I'm in a situation where I cannot access my phone for volume control, so I have to rely on the headphones to adjust the volume quickly. To go from max volume to the lowest with this stupid touch sensor takes about 10 entire seconds. Not only that, but I can't sleep with these due to the sensor. Putting it against anything makes it freakout and start doing random stuff. These are pretty good sounding headphones, but I would never try to use them in public due to how much this touch panel is either unresponsive, slow, or just generally clunky.

ANC Functionalities are good and multiple device pairing is working great. Battery duration is long and I can use this headset for long periods of time Only issues are the headset says that it has successfully paired with my phone but there is a delay before I can use it and I often mistaken the power button from the auxiliary button vice versa.

I've used headphones for years but never have I had some as effective as the Sony Noise Cancelling ones - its as if I'm the only person around for miles - love them!

Not a good listening headphone for traveling. ANC can't handle closing/opening bus door sound. It will create the loud cloak sound when ever the door closes or opens which is very very disturbing.

Bought this a month or so ago, excellent product very comfortable for long periods. No more ear ache from the pressure my old earphones gave me if wearing for long periods like on long haul flights. The noise cancelling works perfectly and all the functions easily accessible from the side of the ear piece.
