Sony WI-C100 Wireless In-Ear Headphones, Black

Bought TWO of these? and within 2 months BOTH stopped playing through the right earbud. For no apparent reason, fully charged. Not even used hard or exposed to moisture. This product is fragile and should be disclosed as such. No Sony engineers likely actually use these in real life.

These used to be good headphones. Now they don't sound near as good. And the last 2 pairs have quit working after 6 months. Total trash. Sony used to be build quality products that were known for decent sound. Really disappointed in Sony. Will find a different brand.

Sound quality is good, they are not very loud. Color selection sucks. The ear tips that come with it are not big enough for my ears so I have to order bigger ones from Amazon as I can't find the color or size I want/need from Sony. Normally I just grab a pair from Walmart but none of the stores seem to have any in stock lately so I ordered straight from Sony which I have to say the quality is much better than that I ever got from Walmart. Sounds better, feel better quality over all is just improved noticeably. I will get more of these as loose then every few months. So far the white ones have been the best in appearance to me.

I've been using these daily for the past month for my 5km walks. The sound is great, and there's just enough noise filtering that I am still aware of what's happening around me. I would purchase them again! Except.... There was supposed to be 3 sets of earbud tips (says that on the box) and there were only the ones that were on the actual earbuds. The buds fall out of my ears easily, and I'm sure a smaller tip would help a lot. I contacted Sony and was told that because it is one month and 3 days since I bought them, they couldn't do anything to help. Make sure all the tips are in the box!

The headphones overall are amazing, I highly recommend them just for how premium they are for the cost. The sound and battery life is amazing. Now that the good part is out of the way, I'll get into why I rated them one star: The buds just don't stay on. Thanks to the absolutely trash design of the interchangeable tips, the tips always slip off. As a result, I no longer have the only tips that fit me, the small ones. Any of the medium or large buds just don't fit. Would it have hurt to make the tips screw on instead? The current design expects the tips to slip on, and stay on with only a prayer. One brush the wrong way, and "PEW!" the bud goes flying, sometimes never to be seen again.

So I bought these around a year ago and lost them recently they audio is great it's loud and fits nicely and has a good mic had zero complaints the entire time I had them and it has such a long battery

They do what they're supposed to the bass isn't too great the quality is good but can be better I just don't really expect it at that price point it's something basic that won't disappoint

I honestly love how lightweight, user-friendly, and portable these headphones are! They're extremely comfortable for all day use, have great battery life that serves me well whether I'm working or traveling, and are honestly perfect for on the go. I recently purchased these and have been really happy with them. They are very lightweight and comfortable to wear, making them perfect for long listening sessions. The sound quality is excellent and the headphones have ok battery life, so I can use them for a while without needing to charge them. I got these for my wife to use while she is at work. She also has an iPhone so it helps her. They were pretty simple to set up after installing the app. She really likes them! They are great quality for a pair of wireless buds!

I really like these in-ear headphones. They feel very light in the ear because the main parts of the headphones sit around the neck. I like the feel of the ear plugs they are soft and easy to insert. These headphones connect really easily to my laptop.

The earbuds charge up quickly and last a good 10 hours before needing to be recharged. The sound quality is very nice, right in line with the Sony brand. The earbuds are very comfortable and come with extra sizes for a good fit. They connect fast to the phone with Bluetooth. It does not come with the charging cable. Also, it has an app that can control the earbuds

Everybody loves a good set of wireless headphones. WI-C100 is a great set to own!! Sony has made a good set of wireless headphones. Super easy to plug in. The sound is clear and crisp and I like how I can hear perfectly on these beds. I like how long the court is mean and I don't have to sit directly on top of my iPhone but I can be close enough or far away as I need to be without feeling like I'm stuck somewhere.. Fits very easily in the USB port and stays exactly where it's supposed to stay. I have not had mine come loose or fall out one time since I got this. Easy to travel with and easy to take anywhere you go.

I love the sony WI-C100 wireless in ear headphone. They sound great, their microphone works well because my phone calls and zoom meetings came through loud and clear. They are also the easiest headphones I have had to connect and disconnect to bluetooth through a variety of devices.

These Sony Wireless In-ear Headphones work so well. I use them when I am exercising and running. They are perfect. The sound is very great and the tones are clear. Also, I like that the controls are easy to use. These headphones paired up easily with my cell phone. I like that they are sweat-proof as I sweat a lot when I am exercising. I am very happy with these Sony headphones and I highly recommend them.

I got these headphones for my husband, because he can't seem to keep his airpods. These speakers are so crisp & clear. The sound is fantastic great bass & noise cancelling qualities. The simple design & joined headphones are great! Hopefully he won't lose these too!

I'm not the most tech-savvy person. So when I turned it on, I thought I was good to go. After scanning the QR code, I learned I had to download the app. After filling out the registration stuff, it worked. It's nice and lightweight and great for travel. It has long battery life. i haven't tried to use them while exercising to see if they stay in my ears or connect well while running.

These headphones are decent headphones. Pairing is super easy. They're very lightweight too. You get 2 different ear piece sizes which is great. They're very comfy to wear. The sound is clear and volume is decent. I love how they block out noise. The battery life is great. I haven't had to charge them for an entire week. So easy to answer calls too. Overall good headphones. My wife took them from me and won't give them back.

Although, the box says made for iPhone's, they work great with my Android smart phone and I don't have any problems. After connecting them, the setup was easy and super quick. The design is nice and modern and the black color looks great! They are easy to operate, comfortable, fit well with the correct adapter, and lightweight. It was really helpful to have the three additional ear tip adapters to choose the correct size. The bluetooth is really helpful since I use them for on the go, exercising, and so many other activities. I was surprised how long of a range the bluetooth is, as it connects quite far away and has clear phone calls without any audio issues. The colored letters L & R for which side to use and the different colored ear adapter tips for sizes were both really helpful. The sound quality is excellent with rich bass, the battery life lasts for quite a while and they charge fast. I noticed they are ambient & really do isolate noise well! They do include the charging cable cord, but not the box. I use my phone charger box to charge them. I really appreciate that I can wear these without loosing them if they fall out of my ear. I also appreciate when I connect them, they tell me how much battery life remains, it's really helpful. However, It would be better if I could adjust the cord length and they included a magnet. They are great quality, as most Sony products I have ever owned in the past have been and I would highly recommend this Sony product, as well.

I'm new to using Bluetooth headphones. I am very happy with the sound. The sound is very clear and crisp but would prefer if it had a little more base. It is easy to set up. Still learning how to use the features. Would definitely recommend these.
