Sound quality was not that great but OK. Struggled to connect to phone via bluetooth. Mic never worked and returned to seller

Good Headphones but bad mic

A good value headset, but it beggars belief to me WHY the cables are as long as they are. They interfere with listening (the shifting noises are almost prohibitive when I'm listening to movies on my laptop), and they are cumbersome. The lack of basic functions like a RED light when you turn the headset off are missed. Shan't replace with same brand upon need. Disappointing.

Good sound, but not much else

I bought this 2 months ago and so far its good sound quality for the price paid, it has stable and easy bluetooth connection.

So Far, very good. Purchased these early June. Charged quickly but then did not use until July 2. Surprised me they were still 100% charged. Have since used for about an hour a day for 10 days and still fully charged.   Sound quality is excellent and ideal for use at gym.

Let me start with what I like - good sound, easy to operate, voice prompt when turning on with battery percentage, and balanced design so the cord doesn't pull to one side.  The one thing that I don't like is the rubber earpiece that plugs up the ear canal.  When I walk, I can "hear" my heels contacting the ground.  I think this is probably the same for all headphones of this style.

Good headphones with one dislike

Audio sounds very hollow, poor quality. Virtually no bass. Hard to believe coming from Sony in 2023, sound quality is comparable to tech 20 years ago.

Lacking

These little in earphones fit nice en the sound is great. The songs are sounding very wide and the bass is sweet. I am very impressed.

Great Sound

Per il prezzo molto basso a cui le ho acquistate, devo dire di essere proprio soddisfatto. La qualità audio è impressionante, con uno spettro molto completo; inoltre sono pratiche e i due corpi lungo il cavo (controlli e batteria) sono meno ingombranti di quello che sembrano e infine il colore è elegante. Unico neo è il multilink "esclusivo" (cioè multimedia solo da una sorgente, che sia il computer o la tv e chiamate solo dal cellulare)

Bluetooth, good quality of sound. Lost one of the bud on previous unit. So this time prefer with wires.

Meet the sound expectation

The design of the WI-C310 in principle is ok, but practically it hasn't been thought through.

The way the cable needs to lie on the base of the neck is not comfortable and actually irritating. 
The battery and receiver nodes are pulling the cable either side which tugs on the ear pieces and rest uncomfortably on the clavicle.
The ear pieces have magnets to keep them together, however are not strong enough to attract and actually do so without fiddling. There are no markings on the buds to indicate the magnets.

I love these! They do what they are supposed to do. Quick set up and comfortable enough to wear while working out, jogging, or laying down. Sounds great and great call quality. Never been so satisfied with a product.

My favorite things

I've been using this for about 4 months now, after switching from my Skullcandy Ink'd headphones which had a fixed neckband.

This form factor is very convenient compared to the fixed neckband. You can easily stuffit into a pocket when you're going out. I think the form factor though is what leads to it's two big problems - poor voice quality and stability. Since it moves around when you walk or run, the microphone seems to rub against your clothes and makes a lot of noise for the person on the other side. When you run, it tends to get unbalanced and start bobbing around and eventually fall out of one of your ears.

On the positive side, the battery is amazing, it seems to last forever. Sound is decent, though perhaps not as base heavy as my Skullcandy was. Bluetooth connection is also good, my phone always picks it up and I've only ever had one time where the connection dropped.

In short, if you don't use it to make calls or for running, it's pretty good. If you do, you may wish to look at headphones with a fixed neckband.

This headset came as a gift set with my mobile phone. As normally the free gifts are not that good, I had it lying around for a while. When I chanced upon a review of the headphones I tested it out. It felt like it wasn?t particularly good at anything and I thought my old pair of headphone were better, that is until I plugged the old pair back in and had to do a double take. The C310 had actually started growing on me by providing that little bit better treble and bass, as well as clarity. It doesn?t do it like the Higher end ones do but it brings out what I didn?t know could be better at this level. I found that you can actually turn down the volume and still clearly hear clarity in the music without having to strain your hearing and allow ambient sounds in. Not the best but I give four THUMBS UP for it value in a compact and economy pricing (which I later found out).

I bought this product a month ago and I've been very happy with the headphones. The sound quality is fantastic and they fit very comfortably into the ears, with 3 different choices of ear bud to choose from. The microphone is excellent when taking phone calls and after a while it's easy to forget you are wearing them. Overall they are highly recommended.

Excellent headsets. The batteries last me 4 days and the sound quality is awesome. They take a beating too. The only con is that they're a little big, but that's nothing compared to the battery life and sound quality.
