The XDCA-53 Camera Adapter is specifically engineered for use with the PMW-EX3 camcorder, and it securely attaches to the VCT-SP2BP shoulder support (sold separately) using a supplied bracket.Connection between the PMW-EX3 and the XDCA-53 is facilitated by two short coaxial BNC jumper cables, ensuring a stable and reliable link. The XDCA-53 connects to the XDCU-50 Camera Extension Unit via two BNC cables (not supplied), one for the camera signal and the other for the return signal. To supply power to the XDCA-53, a CCZ-A cable (sold separately - up to 100m) is required from the XDCU-50. This system allows for the combined transfer of camera signal, control signal, return signal, and power up to 100 meters (328') without any signal degradation.
