I got a speck case for my Samsung Note 8 when I bought it several years ago. I have never had a screen protector on my phone, yet my phone has no scratches despite its many accidental drops and bangs. When the rubber started to fail on my Speck case after all these years of hard use, I only had one choice to make when it came to replacing it. What color should I get? That was the only decision I had to make, because the reliability of the speck case took care of all other decisions. I would recommend this case to anyone who asked for a recommendation. All the other cases are too bulky for my taste. The speck is a slim-fitting stylish accessory that is perfectly functional. I love it, and I hope that it's the only case I ever get to buy for any phone I own in the future.

Thought it was great until the grip part of it started to rub off after a month. Still excellent case, just wish the grippy part wasn't glued on, or they need another type of adhesive.

Great product. 7th one I've owned (kids phones too). The blue color is not really that noticeable, but I bought it because I've been waiting over 1 1/2 years for Speck to get a blue case out for the Note 8 and this was the closest. Wish they had more color selections but the product itself is great

I've had the Presidio Grip on my Samsung Note 8 for about 9 months. Bought the case, because of its 10' drop rating. Phone was dropped from less than 4' in parking garage and screen shattered. Turns out the warranty is only for the case and only when dropped at certain angles. So basically, it has a drop rating, but you can't actually drop it and be protected. I could've bought a $10 case and gotten same results.

Great fitment. I love the grips on the sides. I dropped my phone from almost 6 feet the other day and the case kept it safe.

Have used these Speck Grip cases on multiple phones over the last few years. On the Note 8, like the others, this case offers great grip in a relatively slim profile. I can set the phone down on the dashboard of my car or in a boat or aircraft, and the case does a good job of preventing the phone from sliding all over the place. Also very easy and quick to put into or take out of the case. Is comfortable being held one handed, does not have the seems that many other cases do that tend to irritate part of my hand or finger. Also to note, the navy blue is a very dark shade that lends a very unassuming appearance. Provides decent protection, though my thinking is I am much less likely to drop the phone due to the great grip. The price is reasonable as well.

I am very happy with this case for my beloved Samsung Note 8. It has a great "hand feel". It has just the right amount of "grippiness" that allows it to feel secure in your hand and to still be able to slide into a purse or pocket. All holes are lined up perfectly for the stylus, speakers and volume switches.

This product is very durable, stylish, and actually quite slim. And unlike its' CandyShell counterpart, it seems that the Presidio cases do not show much of any scratches at all! I would definitely recommend this case to a friend. My only issue is that there are only four color options, and most of them are dark colors.

Daily use and I have two small children that occasionally drop the phone the case has proved to be very protective and has saved from any damage. Speck has definitely been our go-to brand for years now.
