Start from inside out which is also good to bad. Slim inner case is really nice. Great fit, good protection, just a little slippery on its own. Ultra Bump outer case. Nice fit, but warps like the softer plastic on some of the other Speck cases. Also on the slippery side. Really like this case, just wish it lasted longer than three months, especially since I didn't use it the first month and only used it 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week until it broke.

This case is for my son's phone. He thinks the tough color scheme is really cool! The drop protection has already been put to the test and passed.

Fantastic case! Great level of protection for a slim profile. I got this case to replace an Otterbox, which was great but BULKY, and VERY expensive. I'll definitely be sticking with Speck from now on! My favorite feature is the little KNOB that accesses my phone (iPhone 8)'s ring/silence switch. Protects it, AND makes it easier to use at the same time! Minus one star because I would REALLY love built-in screen protection. There used to be Speck cases with included Faceplates, where did THOSE go?

I got this case after purchasing my newest iPhone. Before then, I had only used "cheap" cases, and the result was three iPhones shattered beyond use or repair. I've dropped my phone multiple times with this case and have never had to worry. Add a tempered glass screen protector and your phone is basicallly indestructible. Biggest con was that after a month or so the outer shell began to lose its shape. The areas around the volume and power buttons began to fold and protrude away from the case. The hard plastic edges between the bumper also began to crack. Overall it didn't seem to affect the protection of the case but it was annoying to look at. Good news is you can discard the outer bumper and still be left with a case that provides decent protection. To be honest it was a little over priced just for me to have to toss half the case after about 4 months but overall it's one of the best cases I've had so far.

Love it. Fits snuggly and offers good protection. The ringer on/off switch need improvement in that it's a bit hard to use but on the whole a solid case!

I ordered the Speck Speck Presidio ULTRA for my iPhone 7 because I had an excellent experience with my Speck iPad case. This experience was quite the opposite. About 9 months after purchase, we left on an extended trip outside the US. When getting out of a rental car, the belt clip caught in the seatbelt and the clip portion broke off the holster. As we were traveling, I could not return the item to Speck so I put it back together with Gorilla tape. Within a week, the case around the phone began to deform, and then the rubber rim began to crack all over. I am posting this now that we are returning home. The case and belt clip are now just about useless, Extremely disappointed in this Speck product. Posting a picture with this...the case looks pathetic.

We bought this for our 14 yr son and so far it has worked amazing! He has dropped it, fell down the cement stairs and it has not broken and the case still looks good.

I bought these cases for my employees' new iPhones, the outer ring didn't make it 2 months on many of the phone cases, and the charging port rubber cover was even worse (many didn't last a week). Speck sent us free the Presidio Grip cases as free replacements, but it still has left a bad taste in my mouth. Speck will not be a brand we consider again for our employees.

This case seems pretty rugged and would be great except for the little rubber piece that covers the lightning port. It attaches to the rest of the case with a tiny flimsy piece of rubber which broke on the first day I was using it. It still fits in there but now the likelihood of losing this piece is high. They need to redesign this aspect of the case for it to be worth the money.

I would buy this case again. But would love to have the back with some grip very slick. And the holster is garbage. It slips out way to easy needs better grip to hold in the holster
