Speck Presidio Grip Case for Google Pixel 2 XL, Black

Our second Speck Presidio Grip case! It looks great, the rubber grip strips make for secure holds,and the rigid liner protects the phone well if I do happen to drop it after all -- which I manage to do sometimes. Also, I was amazed at only a $5 charge for rush shipping -- who does that?? And even more -- I inadvertently ordered a case for a Pixel 2 rather than a 2 XL. The return process was wonderfully quick and easy. A great phone case and a great company! I do wish more color choices were available, though.

This case has saved my phone from any damage, even a scratch, many times in the last several years. I got a new one only because I wanted to; the existing case was wearing a bit but still functional and trustworthy several years after I bought. It's easy to hold and the ribs on the sides have kept me from dropping it many times. It's the best case I've ever had for any phone.

My fiancé loves the subtle blue grey color, the grips on the side make it very easy for her to hold her phone. The case is slim enough to fit in her pocket too!

As expected. This is my second case of the same kind. The rubber grips where I do most of the holding were staring to come off (after about 6 months), which is disappointing, but I like the case so I'm giving it another shot. It's thin and light, not cumbersome. Just the right amount of grip, not too slippery. I do hope that this one holds up longer than the first or I will likely find a different case.

I love these screen protectors. I am clumsy drop my phone, or my baby is fast and gets my phone. I feel pretty safe with this case. I like that it's not big and boldy like an otter box. But still protects my phone

I'm an owner of a Repair and CellPhone shop, so I'm constantly switching phones. I always buy the latest and greatest devices and I ALWAYS buy Speck Branded cases! They're the best on the market. Perfect for someone always emailing/texting. I do think the $44-$50 price tags are a bit too much. Although you can normally catch them on sales, which is what I do.

Bought this to replace the presidio clear for the textured grip. I like the look of both, but the Grip is the way to go for me. Thin lines and shock protection that works. I've already proven this to be a great value to protect your device.

This is my 2nd Speck and it is perfect in every way. Speck makes the best cases in the industry even better than the Google cases I've used. The most impressive thing about Speck outside of great quality is the buttons line up perfectly and operate without any interference or sticking like some cases. I will always purchase Speck to protect my device!

This is the second Speck case I have owned, I also had one for my Nexus 6P. I have loved both of them! It has protected my phone the times I have accidentally dropped it. The case has held up well. I especially love the blue/black coloring of this case. The buttons click very well compared to other cases I have used for past phones.

The buying experience was fantastic. I originally bought a Speck case online to match a Pixel 2, but two days later I ended up purchasing the Pixel 2xl instead. I didn't have to pay a dime to ship the original case back as there was already a pre-generated UPS return label provided by Speck. So I simply put it back in the box it came in, slapped the return label on it, and found a UPS store. Super easy! Then ordered the same case (with a different color) and have been impressed thus far. I'm still waiting on the first case to be reimbursed on my credit card, but with how smooth things have gone so far, I'm confident this will not be a lasting concern.

I had a Speck case for my Nexus 6P, so I bought another one when I got my Pixel 2XL. The only thing that sucks about Google phones is the lack of choices for a case compared to an iphone. I didn't really like the color choices, but I decided on the surf teal one. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the light color looked dirty after only a couple of months and even scrubbing it with baking soda would not remove the discoloration. My old one was black and white and looked good even after 1 1/2 years of use. I would still buy this case again, but in a different color. This is the only case I could find that really has a great grip and protection.

This is a great case for the money and I love this company. Have used their products for years. I actually dropped my new phone with this case on it, and it bounced a little. No damage to my phone! I stash my phone in my pants pocket and pull it out multiple times a day. The adhesive that keeps the ridges attached to the surface of the case is not rugged enough for my use case. Over time, the ridges start to rise off the case, and become susceptible to breaking. I already had Speck send me a replacement case once, and the photo is of the newest case that I have, after just shy of 4 months of use. I'll just live with the gradual deterioration. The ridges are nice though. They prevent the phone from sliding off of surfaces while I'm driving.

Love the case for the most part. Provides great protection against drops in a slim profile. Only problem is the rubberized grip peels easily where they round around the back and to the side. For the price, I expected better durability. I'm still using it though, just with not as good of a grip.
