Love the flexibility of this product! The adjustable angles make it easy to use at a desk, and being able to fold the cover back makes it easy to use as a tablet. The clear case lets the pretty color of the iPad show nicely, and it's great protection Since I take the device everywhere!

This is my favorite iPad case yet. I like that it is clear in the back so my decals and stickers can be seen and at the same time my device is fully protected. I also like how this case has more viewing angles than my previously iPad protection.

After about 7 months I noticed it wasn't staying upright like before when sitting in the grooves. Then I noticed that the cover was slowly peeing apart. The seal was obviously defective. I kept pressing it down and for awhile it stayed because it was still sticky where it was peeling apart but it now is completely apart and is in two pieces. Very disappointed.

I've purchased this same case for various iPads over the years but this one just doesn't work with the new iPad Pro. It's a poor fit - the cover won't lay flat and the closure doesn't really line up. I'm more frustrated though with the adjustable stand. No matter how I set this, my ipad will not stay tilted up and falls flat. I've never been disappointed with Speck before but I sure am now.

This is a very sleek and clean looking case. I love that the back is clear, offering a nice view of the Apple emblem for all the brand happy folk. The navy front looks professional and is really easy to wipe clean (I have a Fortnite playing 10-year-old who doesn't always wash his hands...I know, gross). Overall, this case is holding up really well despite his abuse. I would not hesitate to get a replacement case should the need arise. I did get this case as part of a sample program but have based this review on my own experiences with the case.

The speck Balance Folio Ipad case works great. I had been using a bulky protective leather case with a keyboard attachment, but it was getting old with having to lug that around everywhere. This Folio case is thin enough where it slips right into my backpack without taking up too much space. I barely feel it's in there. Despite it being thin/light scale, it seems to be very protective of the ipad. It folds nicely, though not like a book. The case clicks onto the ipad with ease, like it was meant to do it (not like how some companies don't get the measurements right and it feels like you're either forcing it to go on or always trying to keep it on.) Overall, great product. Nothing too spectacular with it, but it serves its purpose well.

It's a decent case. I've has soft cases in the past and I think I prefer those, but it's really a personal preference. I think the ipad would be secure but thankfully I didnt drop it in this case to be able to test it out. The only issue was that it didnt stand well on the bed. But it worked better on hard surfaces. It's a trustworthy brand that I'd likely buy in the future now that I know they make these cases.

This arrived in a nice package that was easy to open. (Always a plus!) I def liked the blue color. Putting the iPad in the case was very simple. I tend to be a bit hard on my electronics and I'm concerned this might not hold up long term with my daily abuse -- but for the lighter user I think an excellent case. Like how you coudl adjust the angle to view when in stand position.

The speck 9.7 inch ipad balance folio is a great product. I have used many other covers for my ipad and this is by far my favorite. It is lightweight and slim. I also love the secure closure to ensure the case stays closed. The multiple viewing angles are great and allows for adjustment to get your screen at the right angle. I would definitely purchase in the future and would recommend to friends.

I'm really impressed with the quality of Balance Folio ipad case. It's very well made. The stitching is perfect. The openings line up perfectly as well. The hard clear plastic is thick and is easy to grip especially on the sides. I like that there are several different slots to prop up the ipad for viewing. It stays in place when it is standing. The sleep/wake function is a nice feature. There is also a plastic lock to keep the cover in place. I recieved this case free for review but I will definitely purchase from this brand for future needs. I would reccomend.

I was not aware of the Speck Folio prior to receiving my sample for review and, given my lifestyle with active preteens, it is not a product I would purchase. The Folio is very lightweight and, therefore, easily bent by kids who are still learning to take care of things. Because it is easily bent, I suspect it would not provide a great deal of support if dropped (but I wasn't willing to risk an intentional test).

I have been a huge fan of Speck products. So I was really excited to receive the Balance Folio Clear 9.7-inch Marine Blue. The design looked great and my iPad fit really well in the case. I appreciated the fact that the Balance Folio is light weight, but with that said after one week of use the Balance Folio cracked and broke on the corner near the power button, and two more corners chipped. I have never misused the my iPad/case, dropped it, or attempted to remove it from the case. This product is poorly made and it is incapable of protecting the iPad. I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately, this case isn't durable, and it isn't much better than other poorly designed cases I have used in the past. Full disclosure, I received this case free for my fair and honest review. I wasn't aware of the Balance Folio Clear 9.7 inch Marine Blue case availability, until I participated in this program. I cannot recommend the Balance Folio Clear 9.7 inch Marine Blue case due to the durability issues.

This balance folio clear case is really nice. It's great for home or work, and protects your iPad perfectly. I love that you can use the case to prop up your iPad to use it/watch videos, etc on it. The only thing I wish was different is that I would have liked a screen protector. Other than that it is better than other cases I've tried.

I originally liked the color I had chosen (blue and clear) and then when I recieved in the mail I wasnt too sure as my iPad is pink however it actually looks pretty good with the clear back and blue front so no complaints on the color. I had been wanting a case that had fuller protection with the stand part for a while. This case is perfect. I dont have to worry about scratching or something bumping into my screen because it is covered and clasped closed so if I put it in my bag it is safe. The case protects without being heavy. It looks good and functions well. My iPad hasnt overheated with this full coverage case as it has with other full coverage cases. The holes for the ports are perfect size so every accessory I use fits without issue. Lightweight, great fitting, great looking case.

The case feels really durable. I like that it securely closes when not in use. The Notches on the inner part of the case are used to support the tablet when trying to use it like a computer and they work very well. Overall I'm pleased with the case.

I like this Speck Folio case for my iPad. Fit is perfect, nice tilt, iPad doesn't slip. I like that you can use different angles, that's better than what I had. It's slim and cool looking, nice, recommend.

ive had several ipad cases though the years but this speck balance folio is the best one ive every used...its really lightweight but it protects my ipad really well..i love the drop protection clear case...its very good looking..the stand is adustable ...i like it for things i have to type and my son loves it for watching youtube videos..its very well designed and secure

The proctecive shell keeps my iPad safe from accidental drops that frequently happen from my kids. Your able to angle it a few different ways. It also has a secure lock that keeps your screen protected. It's very slim and light. Very happy with this product.
