This device provides 'always-on' hardware encryption for sensitive data, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards like HIPAA, GDPR, and CMMC. The "Managed" version requires a separate license for a management platform like SafeConsole or IronKey EMS, which allows IT administrators to enforce security policies, perform remote wipes, and conduct detailed audits.

DataLocker Sentry ONE Managed USB Flash Drive, 16 GB Features

  • Utilizes dedicated AES 256-bit XTS mode hardware encryption, which is more secure than software alternatives and protects against cold-boot and malware attacks.
  • Remotely manageable via SafeConsole or IronKey EMS platforms, allowing admins to set password policies, enable read-only modes, track device locations (geofencing), and perform remote resets or detonation (wipes).
  • The device locks after 10 consecutive incorrect password attempts. It is also built with a physical tamper-evident seal and is IP68 waterproof and dustproof (up to 4 feet/ ~1.2m).
  • Meets high-level security certifications including FIPS 140-2 Level 3 (certificate #2929), CSPN (France), BSI/BSZ (Germany), and TAA Compliant standards.
  • Admins can generate a recovery code for users who forget their passwords, allowing access without data loss.
