Bought this and when it came I took it out of the box turned it on and installed cartridges and tried to proceed and immediately got error message 6000.Tried to do online fix does not work boxing it up now to send it back.Do not waste your time of money on this product.

I'm happy with the printer recommended by the Canon sales staff, after my old Pixma died and was not eligible for repairs (but really, who repairs a printer, anyway?) I like that there are only 2 types of ink cartridges to have on hand. I am trying the new print program.

This is the worst printer. I bought it about 8 weeks ago, have used it maybe 5x (for small print jobs of a page or a few pages) and it stopped working today. I got an error, called support, and it has to be returned. My last Canon printer lasted 15 years and actually still works but the driver is no longer available.

The Pixma TR7820 is a very nice printer! Setup has been fairly easy and I am not very tech savy.

A great printer that does it all ... easy set-up, add the supplied ink and paper and you are set to go. We use it as a network printer in our motorhome. My wife teaches elementary school so it gets a real work out.

So far a good printer for my needs easy to set up and easy to use. The one thing I don't like so far is it turns itself off after a time resulting in a trip to the printer to turn it back on.

I bought this printer to print black and white photos. The photos I tried to print look like crap. Completely unusable. There is no option to select and print black and white. The last Canon printer I bought was a cheapie from Walmart. It was a way better printer but in less than a tear it quit feeding paper. I figured I'd by a better quality printer from Canon. Boy was I wrong. I gave it away and bought a Epson for half the price and it prints a beautiful photo. I don't think I'll ever go back to Canon.

I received the printer quickly. Set up was easy. Printing is easy. Quality of photo printing is alright for a printer. I am happy I am not forced to join an ink subscription like my old HP printer(I threw it away!) I will be keeping this nice printer from Canon.

Good Printer - Not Great. I bought this to replace an old HP all in one printer. This printer was very easy to setup with no issues. It is smaller than the one I had which is great and it also can handle legal size paper. I like to print pictures too. The pictures are fine except for when you use Canon matte paper. If you put it on the setting for the Canon matte paper, it looks all washed out and light. After playing with the settings I found out if you use the glossy paper setting, the pictures look fine on the matte paper. Glossy pictures on glossy paper look good too. Overall I'm happy with it. Canon just needs to fix their matte paper setting to use more ink.

Not only does this printer look good, it does everything a home office needs! Print quality is great and quick, have yet to use the scanning feature though but I do love the idea of IDF because our previous Canon did not have IDF. Easy setup and installation and looks good in our brand new home office.

I was initially intimidated by the prospect of setting up a printer, but everything is so well-labeled and clear that it took less than ten minutes to unpack, put in cartridges, download software, and print! I was shocked by how fast it prints and it has a quiet whirring sound that made it sound newer and healthier than buzzy printers of the past. The printouts were crisp, but I printed out a very bright, heavily-saturated image and I found the result to be slightly desaturated. All in all a great machine though!

This printer came very well packaged. All of the pieces were present in the box. The setup with my computer was very quick and easy. I love that it is all in one so I don't need more than one piece of office equipment for all of my needs. It was great for scanning all of my Mom's old photo albums into a digital source!

I was thrilled to receive and try the Canon PIXMA TR7820. It takes a couple minutes to set up and troubleshoot WiFi connections, but once it's set up, it's easy to use. The WiFi capability is awesome, and makes it simple to print from my computer or phone. This is one of two printers I have at home. The other printer from a different brand is a black and white printer. That printer gets the job done for unimportant documents and work papers. I save my important work, flyers, handouts, color printing, or photos for this printer. You're obviously not going to get professional photo prints from this but it does a nice job for what it is. It prints relatively quickly and the settings are easy to change on the touchscreen interface. I love that I can use it as a scanner. Lots of great functionality. The only drawback to this printer that prevents me from using it exclusively is the tiny paper storage tray. My other printer will hold an entire ream of paper, whereas the Canon can only hold about 30 pieces of paper at a time, which means I'm constantly having to refill it. Small con but if that matters to you, it's something to keep in mind. Overall, I'm quite pleased with this printer and will continue to use it and recommend it.

Overall a great compact printer. This would be great for someone with a small office, or dorm room. It was very easy to set up and relatively quick. I would recommend this to anyone who has basic printing needs, and wants the easy access of having an app to connect to.

This canon printer is very user friendly. It has a very classy design and easy to use buttons. The installation is very user friendly especially for someone who is not that computer savvy. The size of the m printer is a good size too. It does not take a lot of space so it is really good for dorms or if you have only small spaces. It also came with 2 inks and printed really good. It's like business quality print. I would recommend this to students and even business.

The setup was super easy. It loaded quickly, and the directions were simple to follow. It connected quickly and easily to the wifi with no issues. Print quality was excellent, and the unit itself was relatively quiet. Overall, it is a very nice unit. My husband is using this in his office, and likes the how much functionality this unit has.

Love the Canon Pixma series and was in need of a top feeder printer for scanning and copying. I tested this to scan photos and documents and worked out well. I was able to clearly scan photos and then print them on paper. I'm not sure about the photo paper as I didn't test that. The setup was relatively easy. You can use your phone or PC. I at first thought it wouldn't scan, but I didn't realize I have to push the paper in enough for it to beep (I tend to be rough ??). Connection is great as well, remote printed from across the house.

I usually dread getting new printers/devices because setup is a pain but this one was easy! The instructions are clear and printer is user friendly. I've already printed several documents and labels and everything comes up clear and sharp. I'm very happy with this product and highly recommend it!

This is my first wireless printer and I have to say I am so impressed. I used an epson printer previously to make labels for my business but this one I LOVE so much better. First of all it prints labels FAST. I usually print about 30 sheets with 24 stickers on each page and my epson would take 1 hour to print all of them but this one took 20 minutes instead which is a lot better. This one has a connection for a plug-in if you'd like to use that but I stick to wireless option it's just easier and I can move the printer wherever I need it.

Setting up this printer was pretty simple and straightforward to follow the directions on the touch screen menu. It's ability to connect wirelessly through Bluetooth to either your computer or phone is awesome. The quality of details on the paper come out very clearly. Canon printers are always the way to go!

This printer gives you all of the benefits of a big office cannon in one compact at home design. I work from home so printing at home is always a necessity, sometimes I print huge batches of work files. With my previous printer I had to load about 20 page batches until this was done. With the Cannon Prixima this task is now a breeze. So thankful to have this product assist me with my business.
