Family friendly Nest Doorbell
Excellent video doorbell, install was simple quality is exceptional, the video is crisp and clean and the ability to add familiar faves was a nice touch. Great value.

Exactly what I needed
This thing does exactly what I need it to do. It can see all the way down to the next block and with the zoom feature on the app you can pick out some details. I'm not the handy type so I had it professionally installed by an electrician who was already at the house and he had no problem with it. As per normal the Google Nest user interface is not intuitive, and there is a whole thing with Google Nest migrating to Google Home creating some confusion, but this doorbell camera (wired) is excellent. It seems like a bit of a waste if you are going to purchase the subscription and have all of the features. I definitely will be buying more Google cameras to go all around the house

Needs a wall plate
I like the doorbell from a technical standpoint but at that price, Nest should really provide a wall plate for homes that have an electrical box as a mounting point for the doorbell. Many homes are configured this way.

It's really super cool to have the 2 way communication and the video. It will announce a familiar face on Google AI speakers.

I like it
4 stars because one of the door bells disconnected once. Not a huge fan of the fisheye view but you can zoom in and not notice it. Over all I really like it. Video quality is much better than expected. Mounted on a very old house without a problem. I did hire them installed mostly because electricity hates me, but I'm glad I did. Price was way to high for installed $250 was outrageous. Live and learn.

Great features and excellent quality
The nest Hello has Great features and is an excellent quality build. Video is great and the facial recognition is an awesome feature. Paired with a Google home or mini it announces WHO exactly is at the door! I highly recommend!

Second Nest Hello
It was easy to install, easy to connect to the wifi, and integrated with the rest of the network, no problem. The intelligence within the Nest service is what you really pay for. The fact that it recognizes who is at the door is pretty neat.

Extremely useful, accurate notifications!
I installed the Google Hello Doorbell at my front door, and have been extremely pleased with it's functionality. It's so much better than the Ring Video Doorbell, which has many false positives. With the Ring Video Doorbell, I get notifications, but noone is there. So tired of that! Now with this doorbell, when it says someone is at the door, they really are! Also, it has facial recognition, so I get notifications saying so-and-so is at the door. Love it!
