You will be glad to have it

This flash booster does a wonderful job.  In my experience, using the built-in flash along with the booster provides enough light for objects up to 20 meters far away from the camera.  Could be longer than 20 meters if you set ISO at 3200 or higher.  It may let you use the built-in flash to replace the external one in some situations, enjoying the faster recycle time of the built-in flash (about 0.5 sec between shots).  When using this booster, try to avoid shooting directly into human's eyes since it will cause some red eyes even if the camera's red eye reduction is set on.

A wonderful flash booster

Great flash extender. Gives added reach for shots. Easy to use and good functionality. Feels less solid than it proves to be. I carry it all the time and have no complaints.

Extends flash reach

With pop up on camera flash you have limited rang ~15-20 feet.
The rogue will enable the flash to reach 30 to 50 feet, but shold not be used close up due to spot light effect.

Extend you flash range

Works great, and is very usable. Love this flash booster.

Great flash acessory

This item does everything that it claims to do including fitting VERY tightly on my nikon. Although the instructions warn you about this, I was afraid I would break it if I forced it. Fortunately, a few minutes with some files thinned out the mount and now it fits snugly and securely.. Some test shots showed a satisfying extension of the flash range.

Works as advertised but...

Really boosts the range of your flash. Found it really useful for fill flash on birds and it really did a great job lighting an Owl in deep twilight. Must follow instructions and change flash mode from Evaluate to Average to get consistent results. Materials appropriate for price of this item.
