Constructed with a 10X layer carbon fiber, this sturdy tripod offers exceptional rigidity while maintaining a lightweight profile. This makes it easy to transport and set up, whether you're shooting in a studio or out in the field.
The EX-ACPRO Ascent Professional Tripod boasts a substantial load capacity of 26kg, ensuring high stability under a multitude of conditions. Each leg is attached to the tripod's collar via an offset leg joint, designed to evenly distribute heavy loads and maintain the tripod's rigidity.
The joints and collar are made of lightweight anodized aluminum, providing inherent strength and natural wear and corrosion resistance. This versatile tripod also features variable angle stops on each of the three leg joints, allowing for multiple shooting positions.
The flat mount can be swapped for the EX-ACPROCC center column (sold separately) for those requiring additional height. For windy conditions, extra weight can be added to the center hook using additional weights or a camera bag.
The tripod includes 3/8" and 1/4" accessory ports on the center junction for mounting accessories like the Explorer Sidekick magic arm. The flat mount features a 3/8" stud that will accept most tripod heads.
With four sections that extend to create a high maximum working height and collapse for easy portability, this tripod is designed to adapt to your needs. It also offers three leg angle selections to accommodate uneven terrain and allow for super low angle shooting when the legs are splayed out.
