I brought this item believing it would hold up and it starting cracking and has just gotten worse. I reached out and the warranty was no longer good so I was offered, "Have a nice day". Nothing more. I should've read the reviews prior to purchasing. Save your money

I first bought this case for my new Mac book pro in 2017. I dropped it in at least two tumbles from about waist high and I had no issues. Over time, the case chipped in one place and cracked in another, but otherwise seemed to be a great protector. I decided it was time for an upgrade, so I splurged for a new one. If you like gold tone and sparkly accessories, this is a lovely case.

I own the black version of this product, but would love to buy it in the clear glitter if they made it for 15". My black 15" one has cracked twice, but Speck has replaced it with their warranty both times. I had previously been putting it in the designated laptop space in my commuter bag, but somehow it still cracked.. Now I have gotten the Flaptop Sleeve they offer too to pair with it, just to cushion it more for travel to/ from work in my bag. They work great in tandem thus far!!

The case is great. I haven't had any issues with it since receiving it a few weeks ago. My only issue is that there is a small black mark on the top part of the case, near where the Apple logo shows. It is a bit distracting and I can't remove it. #sweepstakes

I've bought this same case 4x times now and every time the back corner protectors break off. they're too small and fragile. the case is not protective enough. a 1/2 inch corner protector does nothing. and i am very careful with my belongings.

Never dropped my MacBook. Never handled it roughly. Yet somehow, pieces of this case keep breaking off and leaving sharp corners that are dangerous. Looks cute, awful quality. Very surprised by this considering the price and reputation. Will not recommend. Seems to be the same quality as the cheap cases.

Not worth the price you pay for it. My parents gifted me the case, and within a couple of months the ends of my case started breaking apart where the open and close of the laptop meet. No longer does my case clip on together, it just loosely slides off. Think twice about buying this product.

I will never buy from speck again. This case is awful and obviously they know this since the reviews are bad and they only provide a 1 year warranty (which I had to take advantage of 3 times).

I like that its clear, glittery and girly. The major CON is that it cracks easily, for the price point its not worth purchasing. I noticed mine started to crack in different places in the bottom until a piece fell off. You'll be out of a cover in less than 6 months. It also appears that this case is not covered under any type of warranty. smh.

My MacBook Pro never leave my couch. I use my laptop on a regular basis and have never drop or whacked my laptop off anything. I got a replacement for the original one I had received for a birthday gift in May 2017 and I believe I got my replacement around November/December and now its brown in the same spot yet again. I will never buy or ask for another case from Speck because clearly the quality is just not here. This case is garbage and not to mention the person who gifted this to me for my birthday paid full price which is absolutely ridiculous for the poor quality it is. Completely irritated and unhappy with this case. I can see now why this case is on sale because it is complete garbage. Save your money and take it else where!

This case does not fit snug on my laptop. The corners were always loose and I often had to "click" them back into place. After 5 weeks, the bottom of the case had cracked in 2 places. My new laptop rarely left my desk and had never been dropped. I replaced this cover with an Apple case.

I love this case, it is somewhat loose fitting. I wish it was made of the same material as the phone case. And please come out with all the glitter colors! I'd love one in the black or pink glitter. Just the one option of the gold glitter made this case a toss up for me.

I love speck products. They are always my go to for any type of case. I was pretty disappointed when I got this case. I love the color, which is why I went with it but the fitting is off. I've had this case since it came out and noticed right away that it did not fit well. I thought I bought the wrong case and first but was told this was the correct case for it. I still plan on keeping it on my computer to keep it safe but I would not recommend this until a tighter fighting case comes out.
