This is my second of this model, the first was all black and lasted almost two years before it truly fell apart. I decided on the pink just to tell my phone apart from all of my coworkers with the same phone and black cases. The color is already fading and unfortunately the pieces around the headphone jack have already started peeling. Otherwise it works as it's supposed too. I'd just get the all black again next time.

Expect it to work for a limited amount of time. Once the rubber breaks apart at the vulnerable bottom (where all the openings are for power, headset, etc), then it's useless. The case is very loose and keeps slipping off. I was lazy replacing the case, and now I have a more expensive smashed Samsung S8 to replace!!!

I use the case for the every- day histle and bustle of life . I like the rubberized backing. The only thing that disappointed me was I hoped that it would be a bit higher up around the screen, which, on the S8, is slightly beveled .

I absolutely love this phone case! I've used the same kind for the last 4 years, only having to replace it every 2 years from normal wear and tear. The grips on it work very well. I also love that the case is not at all bulky, but still does the job of protecting my phone. The color is even better in person. Highly recommend!

This is my third Speck case for various phones and I've been overwhelming satisfied. They are both stylish and practical. They also provide more cushioning effect that one would think by looking at the slim, attractive construction. I will continue to use Speck cases.

Excellent product, for the most part, especially because of the rubber grips, but, the rubber wears away quite easily when the phone is inside a pants pocket & the plastic becomes brittle pretty quickly. Case is far too over priced. It's also disappointing that the case couldn't have been designed as such that a pop socket could be used even with the rubber grips. If Speck had spaced the rubber grips just right, a pop socket could be used too.

I love Speck products. I've dropped my phone so many times and the screen has never cracked. I like the grip cases the best because they don't slide out of my hand when using them. I would highly recommend them for phone cases. Plus, they come in great colors! Very pretty to me.

This case is incredible and gives the same protection as the bulkier ones but is much more slim. I have this on an S8 and keeps the phone feeling small compared to my old S7 in a much bigger case.

Honestly don't like cases. It makes me less careful and honestly I'd rather not be fooled by the safety. I have never broken a phone in my 8 years of smart phone ownership. That being said I have to multi task now and that requires holding my phone while doing other things and after I almost dropped it I decided I needed one. My friend found me this. It isn't bulky or ugly, and it has lots of grip and fits my hand perfectly. Unlike other cases you have to sacrifice something. Attractiveness or safety. But this. Not so much. I love this case and I think I'll actually have a case on because of speck. Thanks for making something amazing and not an eyesore.

These cases are great because of the raised rubber design on the back which keeps the phone firmly in my hand while texting/calling and also keeps it from slindiing all over my cars console while driving. It's also tough enough to withstand the occasional drop or physical trauma without allowing damage to the phone. It's a fantastic lightweight little case.
