I bought this product a few months ago and I took the case off one time to get the dirt and dander that it lets in, to clean it and it cracked at one of the corners, but the moment I pressed down on the corners to put it back on it had pretty bad spider cracks and split down the side, got it replaced, the customer service was great, the same thing happened twice, and I just gave up, I had initially thought it was a bad batch

I purchased this case and didn't do anything that would have caused it to break, and less than a month into owning it the case cracked on the corner of the computer a solid 3 inches. It also stains and scratches easier than if I were to just not put a case on my computer. I spent $50 to use this case for a month. So I won't be ordering again.

Case did not fit my 2024 M4 MacBook Pro. The back corners of the bottom of the case did not snap into place properly.

Extremely disappointed in this product. The clear color option is actually hazy/cloudy, which is not obvious in the slightest from the photos or description on the product page. It WAS obvious in the product image on the box when it arrived?I don't understand why they wouldn't use that product image on the website. When I alerted Speck that this product was mis-advertised they told me to pay myself to return it. Horrible experience, I used to be a big Speck fan but I won't purchase any tech protection from them moving forward.

The case serves its purpose in protecting my laptop when carrying it around, but it does crack. I've had to replace it several times over the past few years to ensure my laptop continues to stay safe. And I don't do anything unusual with the laptop, carrying it in a leather bag, work to car to home and back. Better a cracked case which is replaced, than my laptop damaged.

You have to pay attention to the make and model of the MacBook Air. I thought it all fits the same and i had to return the first one to Best Buy. There was no other case that fit mine so I had to order it online. it was what i expected and was the correct fit. i have used this product w/ my previous MacBook Air, too.

I've been a long time Speck customer and have purchased their macbook pro cases for many many years. Unfortunately it seems like something has changed with the company and I won't be shopping with them any longer. I purchased this case intending it for my 16" 2024 M4, however when I received it the box reads "2021 & 2023 models" and the case does not fit my 2024 M4. I contacted Speck support and they told me they don't sell a 2024 M4 compatible case. Really wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing

This case has cracked and some of the corners have fallen off. I have never dropped my computer and I also keep my computer in a sleeve case. I do not recommend this product, I am very disappointed :(

I've only had it for a few months with day to day average wear and the shell is already cracking at the corners. Save your money and buy something cheaper from somewhere else. It's definitely not worth it. The cracks have continued to get worse over time.

I've been buying Speck products for over 10 years. This MacBook case is great quality, the thickness and weight of the plastic is great. The semi-matte feel is also very nice. However, the corner fitment leaves a lot to be desired. It simply doesn't snap down and fit the corners completely, and pulls up a bit at the corners. Not enough to catch on anything or really bother me day to day. But for this price for a piece of plastic in the world of 3D printers, I expected better.

I had some cracking on the corners of the top piece from my first case purchased. I contacted Customer Service and they proceeded to replace it when I sent pics of the problem.

Maybe it was my fault for thinking this case would be clear, but it is clouded and turns my black laptop into a silvery gray. I wanted a crystal clear case and didn't realize how much I would hate the look of this one.

This product will crack as soon as you put it on your laptop. Don't bother trying to contact customer service because they will just gaslight you and send a replacement that will do the same thing. I do not recommend them at all.

I bought a Speck computer cover for my 2014 Macbook and it lasted 7 years without any problems. The case I bought for my 2021 Macbook cracked within the first 6 months on all 4 corners and broke in less than a year. I almost never move my computer from my bedroom, it sits on a lap desk 98% of the time and isn't lifted, dropped, etc. So, for it to break so soon with minimal movement after having my previous laptop cover last so long is disappointing.

I had high hopes for this product but after three months it has cracked. My MacBook Pro has not fallen so I am not sure why it has cracked. Going to reach out to customer service to see if they replace the case.

Used this case for Over 6 months now, however after only a month the Corners started to have cracks on them , I only put laptop into my backpack so no rough use, recently the WHOLE Corner Broke and chipped away. Definitly wouldnt buy again

I've had different cases, and some cases make squeaky sounds when closing or holding. This speck item does not make any squeaky sounds, however the corners have broken within 4 months of use.

The bottom corner of the case would not clip on to my brand new computer. Speck sent another and told me they would not need the first (defective) one back. So I tossed it. The second one has the SAME defect, and I now have no recourse because I don't have both defective cases to send back. Do not buy. Do literally anything else.

Very poor product. Material used is cheap for such an expensive product. I'm really disappointed with how poor made this is. After just 2 weeks since I installed the case on my macbook pro, the corners at the top started to crack. and I didn't even bring my laptop out and about yet!!!! REALLY DISAPPOINTING AND TERRIBLE! I really would not recommend this product to anyone.
