Wonderful first experience owning a Telecaster

Beautiful guitar. Stunning finish and high quality materials. I've been playing guitar for 25 years. This is the first Telecaster that I ever owned. I wondered how the quality would be in the Squier line, but it really sounds great. Classic vibe for rock 'n' roll. Intonation out of the box is almost as good as my Player Strat. I had tried off-brand knockoff "teles" prior to this with no satisfaction. Really love the look and sound.

Lefty Squire Telecaster

Product was shipped and received promptly. The guitar is a good value for the money and my son is pleased with it. The tone knob was loose but this was easily fixed. I own a high end telecaster and the Squire is pretty impressive for the price. It plays well and the setup was fine out of the box. There is a law of diminishing returns for spending thousands on a higher end guitar. The tuners and pickups could be upgraded later if someone wants to upgrade it.

A great 1st Guitar!

Love this as a first guitar for my son. He wasn't interested and I originally bought it as a guitar I can mess around with. He picked it up and can't stop playing! A great value for the price and Adorama shipped everything quickly and safely.

Squire Affinity Telecaster

For the money, you can't go wrong. Bought this because I was disappointed with the G&L ASAT Classic that I had. This guitar outshines the G&L in all aspects.

Not hard tail

Guitar has a floating bridge, not a hard tail bridge. Misleading description. The strat is nice as far as playability and fit and finish goes.

• Maple neck with "C"-shaped profile
• 21-fret Indian Laurel fingerboard
• Vintage-style single-coil Telecaster pickups with three-way switching
• Top-load Telecaster bridge

Three-Ply White/Black/White Pickguard
The authentically styled three-ply white/black/white pickguard is a stylish touch.

Six-Saddle Top Load Bridge
A top load bridge creates a slightly "slinkier" feel by reducing the break angle of the strings over the saddles. The six individual saddles can be adjusted for precise intonation along each string.

Two-color Headstock Logo
The elegant gold and black two-color headstock logo lends a touch of class to this instrument.
