This cold shoe mount perfectly fits the SmallRig L-bracket for my Sony A7iii. The speedlight mounts firmly and is located away from the lens. Benefits are no red eye and you don't have to worry about shadows caused by the lens blocking parts of the light.

This cold shoe mount perfectly fits the SmallRig L-bracket for my Sony A7iii. The speedlight mounts firmly and is located away from the lens. Benefits are no red eye and you don't have to worry about shadows caused by the lens blocking parts of the light.

This cold shoe mount can be mounted with two screws on the upper part on the side of the cage. There are often not space enough for a microphone, on the top of the cage, because of the handle. So you can solve the problem with this cold shoe mount.
