SmallRig Drop-In Baseplate (Manfrotto) with 15mm Rail Support System

SmallRig Baseplate (Manfrotto) with 15mm Rail Support System 2039 is designed specifically for most DSLR and mirrorless cameras.

SmallRig Baseplate (Manfrotto) with 15mm Rail Support System 2039 includes Drop-In Baseplate (Manfrotto) 2006 and a 15mm rail support system. It could attach Manfrotto QR plate on the top for the cage with camera. It features its flexibility with adjustable rod height based on different shooting scenarios. It could attach QR plates of different standards, such as Vinten, Manfrotto and Arca QR plates at the bottom and then sit on tripod as per your needs during shooting.

- Mounting Cheese Plate -
This easy plate is equipped with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes in standard spacing (9mm center to center). It can be mounted on SmallRig railblocks, dovetails and short rods. It works as a switching plate when attached to the bottom of a dslr cage.

- Drop-In Baseplate (Manfrotto) -
SmallRig Drop-In Baseplate (Manfrotto 501PL QR Plate Compatible) 2006 is a CNC machined baseplate that is compatible with Manfrotto 501PL style QR plates. The baseplate is equipped with two jutting M3 screws, so that you can adjust the plate forwards and backwards but at the same time it ensures the camera attached above will not drop out accidentally. A locking lever on the side of baseplate is utilized to lock the plates and the lever is firmly locked by a buckle.

The camera can be secured on tripods, monopods, cradle heads, rails and lifting bases and locked by clamp. 1/4" counterbore holes could attach to 15mm rail support system. 1/4" and 3/8" threaded holes on the right side of baseplate could be used to store spare 1/4" and 3/8" screws. 1/4" threaded holes could attach 15mm Rod Clamp 1078 and Shoulder Pad with 15mm Rod Clamp 1485 for run-and-gun operations. This baseplate helps you to shift between run-and-gun mode and tripod mode.
