WOW I was totally shocked at the product quality of this SmallRig Articulating Arm. It's totally worth the cost. It's very useful to have and use. I installed it on my video rig. I can now use it to move my light from being directed at the subject to the back of the camera when I'm shooting the sky at night. My only regret is not buying it sooner.

Very happy, well made, all metal, screws smoothly, collapses very small to fit in camera bag. It?s smaller than I was expecting. At 11 inches my brain put it at a foot long which seemed long, but it?s not. So when using it at angles it will be less than 11? of reach. But it works great for me. It mount it to my tripod setter column to hold a small umbrella above the camera when it?s raining or snowing for Real Estate Photos.

I like it! It's a little guy but if you tighten it enough and even stick a little allen key or something in the little hole it'll really stay in place. It's very handy for attaching my monitor to my camera rig.

I must be doing something wrong but it never seems to tighten properly. I am trying to attache my 7 inch Ninja recorder/monitor and it always seems to move. There are a lot of adjustments to get it to actually work so to be honest it seemed to go faster just mounting it directly on the camera like I did before.

This arm is sub-par at best. Multiple times on set the screws came loose and the arm with a monitor attached came flopping over. Can not recommend
