SmallRig for Sony A7R3

This is a good design! The extra thick base is nice to have a little extra to hold on to. The fold away bracket to access the battery compartment is genius! I don't believe you would be disappointed with the bracket, and the price is fantastic.

Fantastic L-Bracket

Overall I really like this L-Bracket. It adds the much needed height to support my pinky when using heavier lenses. The L bracket is quite useful for changing orientation when using a tripod. The only things to note is, when using the dual plate from peak design, I am unable to remove the battery since the plate is too wide and prevents the mechanism from fully opening. But the good thing is that the bracket has an included flat head screwdriver. The L bracket makes it slightly difficult to connect and remove the PC Sync flash cable. Have not tried the other cables. Overall I would buy it again. One thing to note is that there is a version to this one similar that it has more of a half cage. but I have not tried it

Get a grip!

This L-bracket provided the much needed real estate my hand required to grip the a7III comfortably. The fully functional battery door section is genius. The sliding L piece, though a bit cumbersome, is very practical. The addition of the magnetic piece to hold the tool is a game changer. Very convenient, ergonomic, and a great addition to my camera body. Definitely worth the price!

SmallRig L Bracket for Sony Alpha 7 III / Alpha 7R III / Alpha 9 Camera 2122 is specially designed for quick switch between vertical and horizontal shooting and for better grip experience. It locks the camera via a 1/4"-20 screw on the bottom and features rubber pads on the baseplate to prevent scratching and twisting. Both the baseplate and side plate are of Arca-Swiss standards with center marks.

The side plate can be extended to the left if more room is needed for tethering or cable release. The battery compartment door uses a rotating shaft structure design so that the battery can be quick replaced by rotating and opening the battery door.

Featuring multiple 1/4"-20 threaded holes on the side for accessory attachment like Cold Shoe Mount BUC2736 and Cable Clamp 2259. The grip features leather pads to support pinky and improve grip comfort. Besides, the L plate provides slots for the carry strap and comes with a flat-head screwdriver to secure the camera screw and stores it on the bottom of the L bracket.
