Love all the accessories that comes with it. You get all the lens rings you need. A nice carrying pouch. You are also able to use filters on your lenses or rectangular filters if you want.

Small thing that makes a huge difference

This little guy is feather-lite but it looks mean! I have to admit I got it primarily because the way it looks but it really does a nice job of helping to shade out excessive sunlight and it's nice to be able to slap the visor shut instead of digging the lens cap out of my pocket every time I'm taking a break. I'm using it on a Sony ZV-E10 with Sony lenses which are 49mm. This doesn't adapt to fit that diameter out-of-the-box so I was using a series of step-up rings for a little while. I thought that looked a little over-the-top though so I asked SmallRig about a single adapter to step up the 49mm to 95mm and they immediately offered to make one for me. Now it's just perfect. Love it; love the way it looks and love the attention it gets.

Great quality with a minor quirk.

Sturdy for how small and lightweight it is. Does the job and glad to have it. You do need to know this attaches directly to the lens using ring adapters, so if you have a vintage lens that rotates when you focus/zoom/etc. it will make the matte box start spinning; which is fun to see for the first time.

Great matte box at great price

This is a sweet matte box. Very well made and has what you need. Note that if you want to mount it to rods in the event that you have a variable ND you want to use, SmallRig does have a holder for this matte box which attaches to rods instead of the lens. Also note that the silly Matte Box sticker on the flag comes right off easily! Would buy this again.

SmallRig Lightweight Matte Box 2660 is designed to block the sun or other light source in order to prevent glare and lens flare, with interchangeable mounting systems that suits cinema or DSLR lenses. The matte box comes with a 114mm clamp that allows you to mount it directly onto 114mm cine lens, and the included 67-114mm, 72-114mm, 77-114mm, 82-114mm threaded adapter rings allow you to use the matte box with lenses of different diameters.

Separately available 95-114mm Adapter Ring 2661 can be used for cine-style lenses. It supports up to two standard 4 x 4"or 4 x 5.65" filters without the use of filter trays and features two independent thumbscrews to keep the filters in place. The filters can be easily pushed out from the side without leaving fingerprints on the filters by unscrewing the top thumbscrew.

An included carbon fiber top flag helps block veiling glare or bright reflections from striking your lens, and can be folded down to cover the front of the matte box as well as provide protection to the front of your lens. The matte treatment of the matte box is anti-reflective designed to prevent internal reflections from strong light sources. Featuring four 1/4"-20 threads on the top that allow you to mount additional accessories. Besides, this matte box can be configured to fit on 15mm LWS rods with the separately available 15mm Rod Clamp 2663.

Note: When use a lens smaller than 82mm in diameter, please convert the lens to 82mm outside diameter first, and then attach to the 82-114mm adapter ring.
