This handle can be mounted on either side of a small rig cage and comes in three versions: ARRI Mount, NATO Mount, and a two thumb screw mount. While there are reports that the two thumb screw mount does not work with the current M50/M5 Cage, both the ARRI Mount version and NATO Mount version are supposed to work with the 2168B cage.
