Great side handle for SmallRig cages
This handle can be mounted on either side of a small rig cage and comes in three versions: ARRI Mount, NATO Mount, and a two thumb screw mount. While there are reports that the two thumb screw mount does not work with the current M50/M5 Cage, both the ARRI Mount version and NATO Mount version are supposed to work with the 2168B cage. This durable handle can be securely fixed to the side of any camera cage, providing a stylish and high-quality addition to your filming equipment.
This handle offers additional mounting options for your convenience. You can easily attach flash and microphone accessories through the integrated cold shoe, and secure a wrist strap, such as model 2456, through the eyelet to prevent accidental drops. This feature-rich handle is highly adjustable to accommodate different cage heights and supports a quick switch from left-handed to right-handed use through the built-in wrench.
The SmallRig Wooden Mini Side Handle is compatible with a variety of SmallRig Cages, including models 2087 and 2808, among others. Crafted from a robust aluminum alloy and premium rosewood, this handle boasts an ergonomic design that ensures a smooth and comfortable shooting experience.
Please note that the maximum bearing capacity of this handle is 3.5kg, so overloading should be avoided. The natural variations in wood grain color and stripe are normal and add to the unique aesthetic of this handle.
