It boasts two 1/4-20" countersinks, two 1/4-20" thread holes, and four M4 thread holes. Love this little guy. Huge help in run/gun filmmaking and enables me to hold my Blackmagic the way I like to hold it - without a lot of weight on it - and not have to worry about battery life. Location is great to have a battery on the belt, with modern V-Mounts, there's USB-C out and I can also charge my mobile device in my pocket, too. Honestly, this little device is huge help in my filmmaking. So glad the Small Rig folks saw the need and built it. Just a little warning before yours arrives: the steel clasp is very rigid and you can't just bend it open for your belt with one hand easily. Give yourself the extra 60 seconds to fasten this thing to your belt ahead of time, and then leave it on all day. If you wait until right before you shoot to put this on and attach your battery, it's going to be a little frustrating trying to get that clasp over your belt. It's stiff!

A run/gun shooter's best friend.

Love Smallrig stuff and this is no exception.  I've used it inside a jacket connected to a V-mount battery to power my DSLR in cold weather.  Can also use the 'D' loop on the top to attach to a strap in different situations.  Solidly built.
