The SmallRig Sony FX9 Professional Kit 3057 is a comprehensive, durable, and versatile solution designed specifically for the Sony FX9 camera. This kit offers optimal protection for your camera while providing multiple mounting points for a variety of accessories. The U-shaped top plate, compatible with the original Sony top handle, is equipped with multiple 1/4"-20 & 3/8"-16 thread holes. These holes allow for the attachment of magic arms such as 2115, facilitating a quick switch between tripod shooting and shoulder shooting. This design saves valuable time when switching between shooting modes. The kit also includes a 15mm rod clamp, providing installation solutions for lens support, follow focus, and matte box. The dual handle grip ensures better balance control, while the highly-elastic shoulder pad offers a comfortable shooting experience. The quick-release battery solution, installed at the back of the FX9, keeps the rig compact and organized. This solution allows for quick access to the V-mount battery and converts the voltage to 19.5V to power the FX9. The kit also includes a portable and handy toolset for easy disassembly and assembly. The Sony FX9 VCT Shoulder Pad (2835) fits the Sony FX9 perfectly and features an ergonomic shoulder pad and 15mm LWS rod clamps on the front and back. The detachable rosette accessories on both sides are compatible with rosette arms such as 1870 and rosette handle such as 1963. The SmallRig Sony FX9 U-Shape Plate 2840 provides additional protection and accessory mounts. The Sony FX9 Power Supply Solution Kit (2933) is designed for the quick releasing and installation of the V-mount battery. The Arri Rosette Handle (Rubber) (1963) attaches to any ARRI compatible rosette accessories with a M6 thread mounting hole. The 10-Year Anniversary Edition Folding Screwdriver Kit (TC2400) includes a variety of fold-out tools useful for videographers. This seven-tool screwdriver is compact and easy to carry around. In my opinion it is the best version of a cage for the Sony camera at the best price point plus they have any feature I possibly would need for a future expansion. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who is in the market for a cage for the Sony camera. I think the best feature on this cage is the fact it is very simple to use.
