About SmallRig TOP HANDLE
When seeking a reliable and versatile top handle for your Sony or Panasonic camera, consider the SmallRig Top Handle designed specifically for Sony XLR-K1M, K2M, K3M, and Panasonic DMW-XLR1, XLR2 Adapters. This sturdy and compact handle offers a secure grip on your camera when equipped with the XLR Microphone adapter, enhancing stability during shooting and ease of transportation.
The SmallRig Top Handle attaches firmly to the top of your camera cage using two captive 1/4"-20 screws, eliminating any risk of twisting. Its adjustable design allows for vertical movement of up to 25mm via a convenient knob, accommodating XLR Microphone Adapters of varying heights. For optimal balance, you can horizontally adjust the handle with the built-in Allen wrench by up to 63mm to find the perfect center of gravity.
Designed with user convenience in mind, both ends of the handle feature a cold shoe for mounting microphones, Monitor Mount 2905, and other accessories. The handle also boasts multiple built-in 1/4"-20 threaded holes and ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes, supporting SmallRig Monitor Mount 2903 and 2904.
Please note that the built-in cable clamp of Panasonic DMW-XLR1 should be removed before attaching it to the Panasonic GH5 cage CCP2646 and DC-BGH1 cage 3024.
This top handle is compatible with a range of Sony and Panasonic cages, including but not limited to Sony Alpha 7R IV cage CCS2416, Sony Alpha 7S III cage 2999, 3193, Sony Alpha 7 II cage 2031, Panasonic BGH1 cage 3024, Panasonic S5 cage 2983, and Panasonic GH5 / 5S cage CCP2646. With its durable construction and easy-to-use design, the SmallRig Top Handle is a valuable addition to your camera equipment.
