This robust and durable cage is meticulously designed to safeguard your camera body while offering a multitude of mounting options for your essential accessories.Constructed with a sturdy one 1/4''-20 screw at the base and reinforced by two side lock adapters that align with the camera's shoulder strap holes, this cage ensures a secure and reliable fit. The thoughtful design preserves unhindered access to all camera functions, including buttons, card slots, the battery compartment, and the fully articulating flip screen, ensuring that your workflow remains uninterrupted.The cage's versatility extends with its array of 1/4''-20 threaded holes and ARRI 3/8" -16 locating holes, perfect for attaching a variety of accessories such as the Top Handle (Models 1638 and 2165) for dynamic low-angle shots, Monitor Mounts (Models 2904 and 2903), and the Side Handle (Model 2093). A conveniently placed cold shoe mount atop the cage allows for the easy addition of microphones or LED lights, while the NATO rail on the left side is compatible with NATO Handles (Models 2427 and 3260).For filmmakers requiring additional support gear, two 1/4''-20 threaded holes at the front bottom of the cage are designed to support a Rod Clamp (Model 1943) for attaching matte boxes, follow focuses, lens supports, and more. One of these holes includes a small locating pin to accommodate the Rod Clamp (Model 3276) for precise follow focus setups.The integrated Arca-Swiss quick release plate at the bottom of the cage enables a swift transition between tripod and handheld shooting. So it's says that this grip will only fit the sony Vg-c4em battery grip?. I'm using it on the Green Extreme VG-C4EM Battery Grip with my A7iv. I just have to wiggle the cage alittle to open the battery door. But it works great
