Problem with focus wheel.

Overall very good, but there is an issue with my copy that has too much play in the focus wheel. When I turn the wheel, the gear doesn't engage until after a bit of rotating, creating a jump when focusing. That is unacceptable and ruins shots. I don't have this issue with my other follow focus from edelkrone, so I am guessing it's a manufacturing error. Again, might just be my copy, but worth mentioning. Otherwise, it's really thoughtfully designed. The dampening, ability to to be mounted on any camera, using any lens, works with matboxxes etc. makes it exceptional for run and gun shooters.

Easy to adapt. Effective for pulling focus. Can be conveniently positioned in several ways. Great build quality. Professional-looking. The variable resistance focus knob is much better than the previous design. Really pleased with this.
