Alas, the order for this item was sent to the incorrect address and I have just found that it was "returned to sender".  My two previous orders in December 2023 were sent to the correct address, so why the error.  The consequences are that I am leaving on vacation without the means to secure my camera on the Arca-Swiss clamps on my tripods.  NOT GOOD

Adorama USED to be better than this.  The customer service rep appeared to be reading off a screen prompt.  When I asked to speak to his supervisor, I was asked to wait in hold twice and then told that there were no supervisors available that day.

No Speak Camera at Adorama

I don't realize it's there when I'm shooting feels like it's part of the camera. I like that I can go straight onto a DJI Ronin without having to attach a separate base plate.

Just want I need! Gives my pinky a place to rest and make me feel more confident holding my camera. Recommend this 10/10
