The kit includes a precision-engineered cage and an HDMI clamp, both integral to maintaining your camera's optimal performance.The standout feature of this kit is the patented HawkLock quick release system, which incorporates cold shoe mounts, NATO rails, and an Arca-Swiss quick-release plate. This system ensures smooth sliding and self-locking when used with HawkLock ecosystem accessories, providing a seamless experience for photographers and videographers. The innovative three-point locking system firmly attaches the cage to your camera using a bottom locating pin, a 1/4"-20 screw, and an M2.5 screw on the left side, effectively preventing any movement or deviation. Additionally, the all-around padding protects your camera from scratches.Designed with ergonomics in mind, the cage features a battery compartment with a hinged door that perfectly conforms to the camera's curves, enhancing grip and solving the issue of finger placement. The HDMI cable clamp, mounted on the left side of the cage with a convenient thumbscrew, allows for easy installation and removal of cables, ensuring the HDMI port's protection and stable signal transmission.The cage is equipped with multiple 1/4"-20 threaded holes and ARRI locating holes, ideal for attaching accessories such as top handles (ID 2165C) and side handles (ID 4755), which are essential for handheld shooting. The top ARRI locating hole is designed for mounting a monitor using the monitor mount (ID 2903B). A built-in cold shoe mount provides additional versatility for attaching microphones, lights, and other essential accessories.For enhanced stability, the bottom of the cage includes a 1/4"-20 threaded hole for mounting a mini tripod and is compatible with the DJI RS Mini quick release plate. This feature facilitates seamless transitions between handheld, gimbal, and tripod shooting scenarios. The integrated Arca-Swiss quick release plate is compatible with Arca-type tripods and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro gimbals, further expanding your creative options.The cage also features strategically placed strap holes on the sides and bottom for attaching accessories like the wrist strap (ID 3848) and shoulder strap (ID PSC2428). The integrated QD holes are compatible with QD shoulder straps, enhancing portability and convenience. For quick assembly and disassembly, the kit includes a built-in magnetic Allen wrench at its base.Note: When using the DJI RS 3 Mini stabilizer, ensure to first attach the DJI RS Mini quick-release plate to the base of the cage.
