Unlike other brands, Schneider's Absorptive ND filters maintain a neutral gray tone, achieved with laboratory precision.Each Schneider filter is diamond cut from crystal-clear, water-white optical glass, then ground and polished to ensure precise flatness and plane-parallelism. This exact parallel relationship between the front and back filter surfaces is verified by a laser interferometer for perfection. The filters are further checked with a densitometer for consistent density and tested with a spectrophotometer for optimal light transmission. This ultra-high consistency allows photographers and cinematographers to switch filters mid-shoot without any noticeable variation in color or effect.The purity, color saturation, and repeatability of Schneider filters virtually eliminate the need for lab color timing correction. These filters are designed to withstand the most rigorous demands on set or location. Many of them feature Schneider's specially formulated hard anti-reflective (AR) coating to resist flaking, peeling, and scratching. Really great ND, so happy I moved out of VND and screw ons. The flexibility it provides without having to fight the vignetting of a VND is so pleasant.

Worth the switch

ND works great. No color shift. Fits perfect in my tilta matte box. 

ND .03 you can always count on Schneider

High quality product that doesn't produce any color cast. Be aware that these are glass filters that are 4mm thick instead of the resin type that are 2mm thick. I use a Cokin Z-Pro filter system for mine.
