About SmallRig 5905
SmallRig Half Cage for Nikon ZR 5905 is designed to enhance expandability and streamline gimbal mounting. Its lightweight, half-cover construction allows effortless installation without detaching the DJI RS gimbal's quick-release plate, simplifying operation and saving time. The base features a built-in Arca-Swiss quick release plate, allowing for direct mounting on Arca-type tripods (ID 5290, 4222B) and DJI gimbals (RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3 Pro, RS 4 Pro) for rapid transitions between setups.
The cage offers extensive expansion options, including 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 1/4"-20 locating holes, and ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes for attaching accessories such as top handles (ID 3765, 4927) and magic arms (ID 5308, 4900). Its integrated "HawkLock" quick release NATO rail supports compatible top handles (ID 5632, 4483), side handles (ID 5633, 4485) and monitor mounts (ID 4487). Additionally, a built-in QD socket allows for the attachment of QD shoulder straps (ID 4118B), as well as strap slots for wrist straps (ID 3848) or shoulder straps (ID 4884, 5208). A magnetic double head wrench at the bottom facilitates quick assembly and disassembly.
