Amazing. Best brand in the game and a pretty heavily used ND Filter as most cameras do not have just a 3-Stop filter build in.

ND Filter

Excellent filter.
After years of technological advancements in digital imaging sensors, Schneider has introduced the RHOdium Full Spectrum Neutral Density (FSND) filters, specifically designed to meet the critical color standards of 4K, 6K, and 8K resolution cameras. Despite the significant reduction in IR leakage issues in modern digital cameras, the need for IR absorption remains, particularly at optical densities of 1.2 and higher. Schneider's RHOdium FSND filters address this need, providing a truly neutral ND that effectively controls IR within the full visible spectrum and into the near infra-red.
These filters are crafted to the highest flatness/parallelism specifications, ensuring they can resolve even the finest detail. Schneider's innovative design includes an ultra-thin neutral density interlayer, sandwiched between two sheets of crystal-clear Schott water-white glass. This unique construction results in superior transmitted wavefront flatness/parallelism and protects the coating from abrasions, making it durable enough to withstand the rigors of the rental market.
RHOdium FSND filters are the first of their kind to undergo a lab-tested tristimulus scan, a rigorous color measurement method that verifies neutrality by comparing samples to perfectly neutral light. This process ensures unprecedented accuracy in color representation.
Whether you're a cinematographer or photographer working with the latest digital image capture technology or traditional film, the FSND filters offer comprehensive control over the visible spectrum, making them an ideal solution for all Neutral Density needs. The name RHOdium is derived from the Greek letter rho, symbolizing Optical Density in physics, and Rhodium, a member of the "Platinum Group of Metals" on the periodic table of the elements.
