They do the trick, sometimes.

I got these screws in order to expedite the process of changing plates. The tab on the screw head allows me to finger tighten and loosen in order to attach or detach tripod/gimbal plates. One of the issues I ran into was that screw head is normal size and the tab that comes out adds to the width of the screw thus making it not fit on in my ronin s riser plate. Also, One of the screws stem was awkwardly thicker than the others making the one screw not slide freely in the plate.
