One of the best decisions I've made. I also have some leather expensive headphones but use the SteelSeries Arctis 7 more.

Good sound quality and comfortable
I bought this headset to replace the Logitech G930 which was quite good but does hurt my head/ear after a couple of hours of gaming. This headset is a lot more comfortable in terms of it hugging the head/ear without it being uncomfortable.
The sound quality is also top notch.

Decent wireless headset @ great sale price
I've been looking for a good quality wireless headset that could do double duty and straddle business and pleasure. I was familiar with Arctis ratings and liked the sound and when I jumped on these when I saw them on a daily deal special. Overall I'm satisfied, though this model still requires a dongle. You have to get a more recent model to have Bluetooth, but this is not a deal breaker. Very comfortable and the materials feel durable. Fits me great but someone with a larger head might test fit these first. Looks and sounds great. I love the daily deals and shopping /pickup is exceptionally easy since I'm in NYC. Thank you Adorama for providing a pleasurable shopping experience.

Comfortable headset and not that expensive
Really good quality. Good enough for me. But needed to download the application so I could adjust the volume because the sound volume right out of the box almost made me return it. Very comfortable to wear for a long period of time too. I'm happy with the purchase.

Very nice headset but extremely heavy and tight fitting. Does not work well for someone with glasses. I would not have purchased them had I been able to try them on.

Great audio and mic with minor charging issues
Great audio and mic quality. Just wish they could fix the issue with the incorrect battery indicator. Would recommend though!

Great headphones

Great Headset
Great headset, good sound quality, easy setup. If there is one thing that is annoying it is that you can easily hit the physical buttons on the headset and mute the headset or change from music to chat device. Wish you could lock out the physical buttons but not a huge deal.

Good headset
Great headset, my son loves it. Very comfortable and, 1 month in, seems sturdy.
I love that it came 3 weeks earlier than Dell projected when I bought it.

The free SteelSeries Engine companion app is a must-get to get the best sound!

- Mic Sound quality Great for what it is.
My biggest initial negative was out of the box sound quality for things not voice chat (which sounds great), was quite poor.
However, the Steel Series Engine app has many EQ settings and I was able to adjust the sound to my liking.
I wouldn't take this as a true negative, it's adjustable and the base setting is literally called "Flat", which is what all my music sounded like.
I appreciate the adjustability.

Satisfied by the product. Easy connecting, easy (and fast charging. You can also use the earphones as you charge them so you don’t need to stop to wait for a charge. The retractable microphone seems like a cheesy feature but comes in handy for use without the microphone. They’re comfortable with my glasses, and I sometimes forget they’re there after a little. Works well for Xbox too, as they come with an audio jack converter. I also made a small peg on my wall to hang them on, so them folding flat makes hanging them very easy. One complaint: Took A LONG time to ship. They ended up taking a couple months (which might be COVID-19, who knows) but it is totally worth it. Overall I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them for a person looking for comfortable and great sounding headphones!

Heavy on the ears, Great on sound
After a month or two or wearing it, I love most things about it. The biggest negative thing is the earmuff weight. There's a lot of pressure put on your jawline and ear cartilage after 2 hours of wearing it, and after about 4 hours of wearing it you definitely get a little achey. I use it for meetings at work and for listening to music so it's on during most of my work day and also for gaming.
Other than that, the sound is great, the muted microphone works well, the sound divertion from gaming to chat is wonderful. The adjustable velcro band is comfortable and hopefully doesn't wear out soon. The charge time confuses me.....I charged for about two hours and then it randomly turned off every 30 minutes after charging.
Overall, pretty great. I don't love it 100% but I still think it was worth the price.

I game and I love it
I love that the mic retracts and the sound quality is beyond what I'm used to. I can actually hear which side of me enemies in my game are sneaking up!

Light and very comfortable for extended wearing. Amazing battery life and great sound for music/games as well as voice. Wireless range is also very impressive. Best headset I have owned in years!

Highly recommend - All around fantastic
Fantastic headphones all around. The functionality between the wireless receiver and Bluetooth makes these easy to use with more than 1 device and the sound clarity is simply amazing. The bass is a little lacking and i don't feel like they reach a ridiculously loud volume but it still has a really good range with fantastic quality. The mic is one of my favorite features as it allows to instantly store it back into the headset when not in use, and the quality is very high. All around it makes for a fantastic headset with an even better arrangement of quality of life features.

My favorite wireless headset
Headset works seamlessly with my PS4 and fits like a dream. The adjustable strap is super comfy when compared to others. Battery is very long lasting. Looks just as good as it does in the photos.

Great headset!
Recommend strongly! Enjoy the ski-mask style headband for providing a comfortable fit for long periods of gaming. Keeps the ear cuffs from applying pressure on my jaw. Great sound quality, long battery life, good range.

Light and Comfy
