Fantastic product and I thoroughly enjoy the oled screen. Actuation force is ever so slightly light for my taste but the quality is amazing

Its an awesome keyboard and the price is great. The layout is very clean and minimalist looking. For me the thing that makes this keyboard bad is that I experienced loud squeaking on the left side of my keyboard. It is constant and I even added some Glorious O rings to dampen the sound but it did not fix the problem. Also I don't know if the software is buggy or what is the problem but most of the time when playing games like CSGO and Modern Warfare the top 4 rows of my keyboard go black and then turn on and make completely random color schemes from the preset I have on. I really like this keyboard but its disappointing to have this happen.

Pros: Very fast actuation, the key strokes actuate at about 1/5th key press, with a full press being the key bottoming the stroke. it took a little getting used to when typing, but it did not really require a learning curve at all. The RGB features are highly customizable with the SteelSeries Engine 3 software (download, and provide a magnitude of options and effects. The animated preset illuminations include: Chasing Ghosts (an homage to pacman), Electric Orange (golden yellow to red fades), Haze (electric blue to purple fades), Prism (standard RGB color waves), Vapor Wave (horizontal iconic colors, purple, hot pink, blue and teal, slowly moving upwards), Warp Drive (white lights rapidly radiating outwards from the center of the keyboard), and finally West Coast (blue, yellow, orange and red slowly shifting from left to right). If the presets are not enough, you can customize your own color patterns and gradient shifts. The OLED screen is customizable, you can draw your own image within the Steelseries software or upload an image file (within size constraints). It's not a colorized screen, so think black and white bit-mapping for custom imaging. Built in multimedia controls are simple yet effective for volume control with the wheel and mute by pressing the wheel as a button. Stop and play of media apps or video in your browser is achieved by pressing the single media key below the wheel. The magnetic wrist pad is effective and comfortable, and provides a good amount of room for resting your palms while typing. The magnet strength is strong enough to keep the wrist pad attached to the keyboard on a flat surface, but not enough strength if the keyboard is lifted up. I haven't had any issues with the wrist pad separating from the keyboard while remaining on a flat surface, even when moving my keyboard around my desk in the middle of gaming, only when lifting the keyboard more than a few inches off the desk. This keyboard also has an illuminated pass through USB slot on the top left of the body, which is great for regular USB cords and drives, but will not accommodate large body USB devices or cords. Cons: Not the fault of this keyboard, I selected this keyboard thinking about the extra space on my desk I could gain using a compact keyboard. Yet I often find myself yearning for the ease of use of a numpad, especially using a calculator, or other no fun software like excel. (some games I also used the numpad in previously, typically I had assigned flight type controls to, is also a bit of an inconvenience). While I know not everyone uses the numpad on their keyboards, if at all you find yourself using it on the regular, I would suggest that you carefully weigh the inconvenience of not having one, in retrospect I would have chosen the next model up for the numpad... On the other hand I've gained more mousing room on my desk, which has also been a blessing of a compact keyboard. The only other thing I should mention here which isn't really a con, but this keyboard requires 2 USB slots in your PC, which I'm certain is to ensure there is enough power available to the pass through USB slot on the keyboard. Other thoughts: The keys are not very loud, and do not have the annoying clicky-clack of brown switches. I've had 2 mechanical keyboards before this one both of which have Cherry MX Red switches, the switches in this keyboard are a little more quiet but not much quieter. Another switch comparison is the actuation is faster and feels more responsive having a shorter time per keystroke to achieve actuation. This is my second SteelSeries keyboard, with my first being the Apex m500, which has Cherry MX Red, and no eye candy RGB. This generation of SteelSeries has moved to their own proprietary switches, which so far seem as good as the Cherry MX... The keycaps seem to have the same large "Plus" pattern attachment port, so they should be compatible with keycaps made for Cherry MX boards, if you're looking for that extra customization. Summary: I would absolutely recommend this keyboard to anyone looking for a compact well built mechanical. although I would suggest that if you use the numpad regularly, the sacrifice may be cumbersome. This is my second SteelSeries mechanical keyboard, both have a top notch premium feel and construction (the first one still works great, aside from letter wear on the WSAD keys). The RGB customizations are excellent, and definitely adds to the overall level of quality and aesthetic appeal.
